Let me preface my review by stating that I had no idea what to expect. If you have ever ordered anything online, you know not to get your hopes up on furniture. All the horrors of building IKEA with even worse quality and a sense of mystery of "what is it going to be like when it arrives" and "will all the parts be there". That mystery increases when there are good deals and when you purchase from sellers with random names that lack brand recognition. So I was highly skeptical going in and ordering this. But it was more of what I wanted than any of our local stores were offering and for far less. It comes in two heavy boxes. It clearly states throughout the instructions and on the box that this is a two-person job. I would certainly recommend that for this project. The items are big and heavy. That said, I am ornery, fiercely independent, and highly stubborn. So let me break down my experience for you: - Packaging: Two boxes. Heavy, but sturdy enough to put on a dolly/handtruck to move. Each box is well packed with everything having a place. They took time to think this through. The outside edges inside the box were protected by dense foam and MDF boards. This was a surprise for me given the sheer number of orders I have had from others where my items come scratched and damaged due to lack of protection. While there was some damage to the boxes, all the pieces were great! - Items: parts bags were easy to use. Labeled clearly with big letters. Everything was phillips head, so no fooling with those "Free" tools you get. Each part of a kind were together. Every piece of the item was clearly labeled with a number. Might I add.... they already installed the drawer slides!!!! This is one of the most frustrating things for me when putting items together. - Assembly: I know everyone advises against the use of drills to build these things, but I'm lazy ...and did I mention stubborn? So, I used my drill. It was by far one of the easiest pieces of furniture I have ever had to assemble. Might I even suggest, it was a pleasure? No cussing, no fussing, no blood, no sweat. Just easy going. I did not have to redrill any holes. No pop-thrus. No issues at all. Not. a. one. - Use: So far... so good! It is holding up at 75" TV now without issue. It is very stable/sturdy and quite solid. The drawers are a little tight/stiff when opening, but I am not mad at that. I would rather that than them be lose and sliding out randomly. IYKYK. The heater is beautiful for an electric heater and it heats up quick and is quieter than some of my others. - Some things to know: Buy more wood glue. Maybe, I used too much on the dowels... They certainly include more than other sellers, but I would recommend getting some additional. If you are going to put your TV on it rather than hang the TV on the wall, be sure to measure the size of the TV's "feet"/stands. Mine are within 1/2" from touching the front and back of the piece. Plenty of room left to right. I probably should have read better.... 1) the drawer are 4 total drawers rather than 8 small ones. I'm not mad at it and it actually was a pleasant discovery for me. 2) the flames do not change color or style...although are dimmable. I would happily buy from these individuals again. I don't write many reviews... but this was such a good experience, I had to share.

I have never really left reviews for an Amazon product but I had to for this one. I was very skeptical to purchase this because of the lack of reviews on this product, but I decided to give it a try. It comes in two separate packages arriving between a few days time frame because of the weight and size. I have to comment on how well packed it was. Even with the boxes scuffed up from FedEx, there was no damage because it was phenomenally packed with both styrofoam and excess wood packing to cover the tv stand. The instructions were very clear and precise. It did take me about five hours by myself to do it because there are multiple pieces which I did already expect that due to the size and drawers. Everything is pre-drilled, and comes with everything you’ll need including glue, aside from a Phillips screw driver. The product itself is so heavy duty, appealing to the eye, and these are the most realistic flames on the fireplace that I’ve seen. The size of the fireplace is much bigger than one would normally have as well which makes the product that much better. The white does look a little more farmhouse than I expected but I actually like it more that way. It just looks more cozy than plain-Jane white. It looked so cozy in my living room with the fireplace that I actually decorated for Christmas in early November. Well worth the price. So satisfied with this tv stand. Very beautiful!!

The pictures I have just do not do it justice . Came in two boxes and the set up took a little bit, but as to be expected with such a large piece. Instructions were easy to read, and I was able to do this by myself even the heavier or thicker pieces because of the order of assembly. It’s very pretty and seems very sturdy. Love the rectangular shape and slightly larger size of the fireplace. I read a lot of reviews, looked at a lot of different ones and most of them had a square shaped fireplace. So far so good only time will tell how it holds up, but really in love so far.

This TV stand/entertainment center/fireplace was packaged exceptionally well. Every piece was included in the package that we needed and nothing was damaged. My husband and I put it together in about three hours. He needed a few tools that he had to keep going to our barn to retrieve such as a long screwdriver, a short screwdriver, and of course the electric drill, the instructions were a little confusing because of the angle they decided to show in the pictures but we figured it out. I absolutely love this piece. It is well worth the money that I spent to purchase it and I highly recommend this company. You will not regret it. The fireplace is beautiful it is big and very pleasing to the eye in Florida. We only need heat maybe maybe a month ( or two) of the year. I have it set on 72 and it will absolutely run you out of the room. Great product.
