Because of the square design, it seems deeper than 9 inches. I am able to put our huge stockpot in it and still have clearance. We parked it with a beautiful faucet and soap dispenser that made it complete. The clips are confusing, and unless your sink opening has a very tight lip, you won't be able to secure them. I'd suggest putting them in place while the sink is out and taping them down with the blue stuff so the don't move when installing the sink. Besides knowing that you have to be in close quarters, it was a pretty good install. The disposable dropped on the hubby's finer and some choice words were shouted, but all in all I love everything about it! It's a thick grade stainless and has sound dampening buffers in each of the corners. Super well made for under $210! Beautiful! ... show more

Beautiful sink! Fit in the same hole as my old one, being same size n depth, but it provides a lot more basin space because they are square cut. Deep, even tho at 9”. Ultra modern looking. Shipped via AMZ. Arrived wrapped n taped in a huge AMZ box that was barely containing it. The sink edges were cardboarded n styrofoamed n the whole sink was bubble wrapped inside, but the styrofoam n cardboard edging had slid a ways off, completely exposing one short side edge of the stainless steel sink. To AMZs credit, they got it to me that way without damaging it. Wen the sink arrived it had a very slight bow to it, i.e., wen laid flat upside down the flat top didnt exactly sit flat on the ground. Underneath the sink, front side, theres a short bar of soft metal between, n secured to, both basins. I noticed that small bar was also slightly bent, so i lightly taped it back to straight w a hammer, and this leveraged the sink basins straight, which leveled out the top. Customer service was very responsive, tolerant, n friendly wen i got confused n contacted them over a “missing” soap dispenser (that was actually coming w my faucet, a completely diff order n not w this sink - duh). Installation was straight forward. I installed it drop in. The clips are fairly simple to use. Just get one in ur hand n flip it open n visualize both how it shud attach to the sink in the right direction so it flips to grab under ur counter. Very long phillips head and flat head screw drivers will help u control the flip of the clip n let u get it placed n tightened. The clips are very sharp edged, and the sink has weight, so take care not to scratch or gouge ur existing countertops wen installing. I taped the area for both protection n to lay a clean bead of silicone along the edge where needed. I also lightly masking-taped the clips, in a position flipped out of the way for the drop in, n was able to finagle the barely taped clip open w the long flat head to hold it in place n tighten the clip against the underlying 3/4” counter wood w the long phillips It needs 3.5”drain strainers. I got chrome for both drain n garbage disposal, n the chrome looks really sharp on the polished stainless. Matches my appliances. Super upgrade for a great price. ... show more

We're super impressed with our new sink. The bottom of both sinks is ~97% flat. That makes it a bit easier to refill the container for our Brita filter. It's easy enough to clean. I tried a small amount of Comet on a tiny area and scrubbed. It didn't leave any scratches. At nine inches, these sinks are quite deep. As you can see, I left the dirty dishes in one side of the sink in my photo. I purposely did this to provide some perspective. We bought this when the plumbing below the sink exploded. We figured we might as well buy a new sink when we had to replumb, and we're glad we did! The faucet we purchased is very nice and sure pushes out the water! You hardly need to wash the dishes if you first use the attached spray nozzle. ... show more

the first sink ordered was scratched, and had a bent left front corner and no installation kit. the replacement sink has an inward dent in the rear bottom seem of the right sink but did have the installation kit. both sinks are damaged!

Love the sink but first one came in a beat up box and all bent up. The second came with no box, just in a plastic bag. Looked ok until we had it installed. Found the edge was bent and a small dent. Not recommended.

The 2nd sink was great. The 1st one I ordered had to be returned due to damage on all four corners of the sink flange that must have occurred in the factory since the factory packaging showed no signs of damage. The sink bowls are much deeper than most other sinks which was a feature I was looking for. The brushed stainless steel looks really nice. The template for the countertop cutout was easy to use and accurate. Just wish the 1st sink had been OK. It would have saved me two weeks of waiting. ... show more
