Quite disappointed in this sink. Expected something great and was immediately concerned with the package after opening. Both the manufacturer and amazon did a horrible job of packaging and protecting this. As viewed in the picture, there is a large empty space in the box that let this just flop around and get damaged. I had to send the first sink back because almost all corners were bent and there were dents everywhere. To the manufacturer: Consider placing styrofoam all around or some form of shock absorbent. Onto the sink itself, with the new replacement, just lifting it out of the box made the middle tack welds snap off. I was lifting from the sides and not the middle. The welds broke off on both sides and you can feel the sink sagging from its own weight. I decided to go ahead and install it instead of returning it again. Install went smooth. Instead of transferring the old parts over, I got all new components and installed them before dropping this right in. After a few uses, I noticed it was quite a struggle keeping this clean as it would collect water on the sides creating water spots. I might need to look into applying a hydrophobic coating. 1 Star deducted for lack of protective packaging 1 Star deducted for cleaning issue Overall, its a decent sink but the weld tabs breaking so easily definitely deters me from this product. Time will tell if it will begin to have issues from those being broken. ... show more

Love it overall but don’t like how it isn’t scratch resistant and the middle part is completely flat so water can sit. But absolutely love the look!

I am so disappointed! I absolutely love this sink and it’s so pretty. I was so happy to replace my sink from the 70’s. The sink is not level and is bowed in the middle and does not sit flat. I was hoping once we caulked it and clapped it would suck down but no luck. We checked the counter top & sink with a level and sure enough the sink is not level. I can’t really send it back now. I feel like I am at the point of no return. So I guess I have to live with it! I love the deep bowls and the drains sit in the back of the sink so we did have to change our plumbing to make it work. Also doesn’t come with drains so you will have to order those separately. If sink was level I would give it a 5 but since it’s not and there is a big gap in the back of the sink and the right front side I am giving a 2. ... show more

Plumber installed but noted that this sink DOES NOT have built in slope so standing water after every use. Using in a flip house otherwise would have returned. Shiny and looks nice and deep but more for looks than utility. Remodeling my house next and already scrapped plans to buy this one for my personal home since standing water is breeding ground for bacteria and mold. ... show more
