The media could not be loaded. My very first drone and I am impressed of the features that this drone came with. Took a while to get it all set up and read through the manual, down load the APP for my phone. It took me a couple of practices to get a hand of how to control the drone (once I was used to it, it was lots of fun). Drone fly pretty fast, make sure you are in a large room or outside environment...cause I crashed the drone into the wall a few times. The drone was very durable, only the propeller fell off, but you just pick it up and insert back into the leg. The control is small but in with lots of features, make sure you read the manual , so you know how to use it. I like how the control has a holder for your phone. You can launch the App , and on the App you can turn on the camera. YES...the drone come with a camera, you can take photo, record video in real time. You can also control the flying of the drone from the APP, but it was kinda hard, I like to use the control for the flying. If you are someone who's looking for a Mini Drone...I would recommend this one. Great value.

Bought this drone under (USED) I have a brand new one and got this one for spare parts, battery and charger. The item came clearly used, green parks from hitting a plant or grass on the propeller, not a huge deal. The drone did not come with a charger and one wing seems to be damaged and will not take off, it just spins on the ground due to one propeller motor not working properly. The brand new one works great, if you're buying used, be aware.

This little drone is well engineered and all the systems work great. It flies very responsively, plus it has so endured at least 50 crashes, some from a great height. Very highly recommended for a beginner like me. I have seen people on the other reviews having trouble with out-of-control flight. This was only an issue for me with my very first flight where I didn't calibrate the compass, which is a one button operation. Every time you remove the battery, you have to calibrate the compass when you power on again. After learning this, the crashes were all mine because it has flown beautifully. There is another trick if it is really wanting to fly in a particular direction with your fingers off the controls: There are arrows to push that will null this out. I don't know how it is accomplishing it's altitude hold but it is very good at this too. Since it doesn't have any belly sensors, it must be a barometer, but dang. It is really good. You must buy a two battery pack when you get this thing, because the flight time is a scant 8 min or so. If you only have the one battery, this will be a big drawback. For $16, you get two batteries and another charger so you can charge two batteries at once. You really need the two battery pack. With tree batteries, I can "play" for half an hour including crash retrievals. The camera takes good stills, but of course, the video feed is really shaky. it is not stabilized in any way, so this is not your high end video choice. It's a fantastic learn-to fly-drone. Finally, two gripes. The App, which is called "Simrex FPV" is not currently on the Apple App Store. Boooo. You do not need the app to fly with the remote. But you do need the app for pictures and video. Google Play Store DOES have the app, so I am using a retired Android phone of my wife's for that functionality. And like I said, the pics are fine but the video is not really worth it anyway. The second gripe is customer service. It's just an email address LOL. And I wrote them several days ago about the iPhone app and I have not received a response. I think we are on our own... It actually has a good instruction booklet that is easy to read and understand. So 4 stars instead of 5 for the missing iPhone app and no response from customer service. But the drone itself is a well engineered little jewel and I'm having great fun learning to fly it.

When I was younger I remember getting a helicopter for christmas that was attached to a line and would go in circles. This drone brings back all those memories. Do not make a mistake like me and have to wait on the one battery to charge, make sure you buy more battery's when ordering this, because battery life is around 5 to 7 minutes. I just ordered 8 more battery's and a multi charger. I have never flown a drone before and it was fairly easy to pick up on the do's and don'ts. So far it has not failed me, I have run this into trees, bushes, side of house, and it still keeps going. With the blade guards on it, it is tuff. If you want more battery life, do not use the camera. I just took it off. I would say it is a great beginners drone. Don't fly without blade guards though, I found out the hard way when i flew it into my hand. Those blades hurt!!! I was hard headed and did not read the instructions first. Read the instructions.

This must have been designed by the same child that built it. I bought this after trying a friends drone and now I know that cheap is not the way to go. His wasn't super expensive but it wasn't this bad. The battery literally throws off the balance and it will basically fly in that direction and it will not change. Tried multiple tweeks to blades and balance but it's not worth it. absolute junk

I've never really got into drones prior to purchasing this one, so I decided to give it a try. It took around half an hour to charge sufficiently while reading the manual and I got used to it quite quickly after a few minutes. The controls are nice and easy to get a hang of and I had a great time of it. However, my one qualm is that the phone app doesn't allow you to control the drone, but it does allow a way to record and such. Still, they will most likely update the app in the future and it still works satisfyingly for its given price, I'll be using this on my saturdays, and eventually look into higher mastery drones once I've learned from this one.

It is amazing how much is built into this inexpensive, small drone. Takes a little practice to get the hang of it, but it does everything they say it will do. Wish the battery life was longer than 10 minutes, but having an extra battery or two solves that issue, if you can find them. Overall, quite the introduction to droning for not a lot of money!
