My family is enjoying the new pond. Overall, the quality of the products in this pond kit are very good. the liner is thick and durable, the skimmer is working wonderfully and the waterfall works well; the pond is very clean. I do have a few things to bring up that could possibly improve things for future customers. First, the step-by-step instruction booklet includes pictures so tiny it was extremly difficult to see & follow. I called the company and they were kind enough to email me some other similar instructions which were helpful. Also, the parts in the kit did not match what was in the booklet so I had to figure it out myself. I felt one of the most critical steps is hooking up the skimmer to the couplings and hoses, and this step is not covered in enough detail. I watched videos on youtube (of other pond kits) to get a better understanding. For the cost of the kit, they should include a top cover for the waterfall, teflon, and primer & glue (for couplings) which are not included. Would I buy it again? I believe so because the postives outweigh the negatives by far.

The media could not be loaded. Our pond kit arrived quickly and we were thrilled with the quality. It was easy to use and instructions were clear. Within a few short days after the build, we were able to achieve a perfect PH balance for our Koi. We've been enjoying our pond for a few weeks now. We're glad we quit thinking about it and pulled the trigger, it's such a beautiful addition to our yard.

Everything worked well for almost a year. Last week the pump stopped working. There is a long process to submit a warranty claim, and we have Koi living in our pond. By the time we jump through all the hoops we are going to have to transfer the fish. Our pond is now disgusting and will need to be pumped out, cleaned and refilled. Such a hassle.

So far I’m really happy with my purchase. The liner and underliner is very thick. I got a 15’X20’ liner. So there’s a seam on it. The pump is very powerful. I had to get extra foam sealer , because it got clogged. There were some missing screws to attach the liner on the equipment. So check everything before installation. BTW,I got smaller liner, but then I decided to exchange for a larger one. I was able to exchange just the liner instead of the whole kit( super heavy). The Half off Ponds costumer services was great. They helped me with exchange it right away!
