The price of the groomer keeps going up. I decided to try this grooming kit because of a recommendation. First thing I liked is that it is not noisy. There are 3 speeds so keeping it on the lowest, it was pretty quiet so my dog, Lilly was not scared. This is so easy to use that I didn’t need to read all of the directions, which are simple in the way they are written. The canister sits nicely in a tray which holds most of the grooming items. Easy to store and to use. Whenever I have attempted to groom Lilly, I cut her hair before the bath. The picture of her back shows how even it cut. The clippers gave a very even cut and the hair went directly into the canister. I am very impressed that no hair was on the floor. I have tried to groom my dog before and ended up with hair all over the room and me! I have never been happy with my “home” grooming no matter how many videos I watch. Until now! This grooming kit makes it so easy, quick and no mess! It pays for itself after a few groomings. I like the convenience of having it in the house to use whenever I want. I don’t need to make an appointment weeks in advance, drop her off and pick her up. I can use this anytime, any day and get great results! Having tried this grooming vacuum, I must say it's been a worthwhile addition to my pet care arsenal. The variety of head sizes cater to both my dogs— from my sleek short-haired to my fluffier companion— making grooming more efficient. What I genuinely appreciate is the vacuuming feature. Gone are the days when my living room was strewn with fur post-grooming. The dust box and hose have considerably reduced the mess, and for that alone, it's been a game-changer. The adjustable suction modes show thoughtfulness in design. I've found them useful, especially when catering to my slightly finicky terrier. The product arrived in tip-top shape, and it's comforting to know there's a 1-year warranty backing it. A pleasant surprise was the noise level. The media could not be loaded. One of the best investments I have ever made. In the past, I was taking my dog to the groomer every six weeks and he absolutely hated it. Now, I can groom him as often as I please, in the convenience of my own home. Not only am I saving time and money, but this appears to be much less stressful on him as well. If you have a pet that sheds or requires frequent grooming, then I highly recommend this product. Where has this been my whole life? No more being covered in dog hair after brushing. Hair goes right into the hose instead of on me or the floor. I always put off brushing because I got covered in hair and the house. I will brush way more often now! Very quiet and worked well on the low and medium setting. I kept this thinking I would keep trying, but should have returned after the first use The clipper/tubing connection piece that clips into the main vacuum unit does not stay connected.
