    • Adorable but not dishwasher safe
Im updating my review because the company backed up their warrantee and is replacing the cup. Amazing customer service. I would take a picture but you wouldn’t really be able to tell besides a sheen. It’s like the dishwasher stripped off part of the sticker and the whole cup is now sticky. We have two of these but it only seem to do it on the monster cup. So now we’re going to hand wash the other one from here on out. We tried putting it through the dishwasher two more times and hand washing it with a special degreaser nothing works. :( I’m bummed because we have only owned it for 3 months. The teal ocean one so far hasnt done it but it could be that we used it less. Or maybe the design? ... show more

These cups are great apart from one key issue; over time they get sticky! I bought this for my grandmother because regular cups are too large for her to handle with her arthritis. This cup has been a game changer. But like many other people, I noticed after a few washes that the cup developed a sticky coating on the outside. No one seems to know why this happens. Because it's otherwise a perfect cup I really didn't want to send it back. The solution: Rub a few tablespoons of vegetable oil on the outside of the cup. Then, with the scrubby part of a sponge, gently scrub the outside for a few minutes. Wash with dish soap in cold water and dry with a towel. The stickiness should be gone. ... show more

I bought the Elsa Frozen version and was disappointed that the decals came off so quickly. It was after a few months of use- not even daily use, and Elsa started disappearing.
