I was so drawn to this cup because of the monochromatic color scheme. It was hard to choose which color I wanted, but I ended up buying the mint green color. I love it! It is beautiful, and I love the matte finish too. These are stainless steel, so they are easy to clean and don't harbor mold as much. I have banged mine on things, and so far there are no dents or chips in the coating. The straws (2) are hard plastic, and so far they are keeping their shape pretty well. I love the silicone straw insert area too, because it protects against leaks. My only real issue with these is that the lid is super hard to get off if it's on tightly. It's really thin, so there is barely any space to get a grip on it in order to unscrew it. Even with this, I just might have to buy this in more colors. Love it! ... show more

I have been loving this water tumbler the only issue I have had is the silicone piece in the lid getting mold in it and nothing I do gets it to come clean it's like it gets embedded into the material so I can no longer use the lid with the silicone piece in it by the straw. But I will say I reached out to customer support with simple modern and their customer service was the best I've seen in a long time. They helped me with my issue and even offered a replacement lid even though it was not technically covered under warranty. The fact that they went above and beyond and were extremely responsive to my emails and so quick to react will definitely keep me a loyal customer.
