Will definitely buy again! This is my second Simply Modern cup and will continue buying the brand. Bought many months ago and still holding strong. Clean look, fits in regular cup holders, useful handle, straw hole is leakproof (besides straw itself). Straw is bendy and durable. Lid is leakproof and tight seal. Simple Modern is my favorite brand for tumblers. Have a Stanley and a Yeti but the Simple Modern tumblers perform just as well, if not better for less money. I can fill it with ice at 7:30 in the morning and continuously fill it with water all day. Ice lasts until about 4:30 before melting. It keeps my drinks cold in a hot car for hours. The handle is large and fits my hand well. Love that I only have to turn the lid 90 degrees to secure it. Cool thing is, if it tips over, the water will only leak out the straw if it’s fairly full. Sometimes, the water doesn’t leak at all. Bonus of the Simple Modern brand is that you get two straws so you have a backup! ... show more

I have several straw cups from all the major brands but the Simple Modern tan checkered cup is one of my favorites amongst all of them. First off, the price point is very reasonable but the design and quality are what stand out to me. Instead of simply being a 2D design, the darker colored squares are 3D which give this cup an elevated look and feel. The pattern is neutral while still being fun and the build quality is excellent; the cup is solid without being a paperweight. I’ve been using the Simple Modern 40 oz Trek Tumbler for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really impressed. It keeps my drinks cold for hours—even after sitting in a hot car, I still come back to ice. The handle is comfortable and makes it easy to carry around, and the tapered bottom actually fits in my car’s cup holder, which is something a lot of big tumblers can’t do. The design feels sturdy and high-quality, and I like that it comes with multiple straws. The whole thing is easy to clean, and the finish still looks brand new. My only minor complaint is that it’s not completely leak-proof. If it tips over with the straw in, you’ll get a little splash. Kohl's has it for $32.99 and those do not come with 2 straws and your getting it brand new in the box at Amazon for under $30 if on sale!
