Needed spot to hang coats, hats, etc. inside by garage door entrance as there isn’t a closet. This coatrack was super easy to assemble by myself, looks great in the space, and this company not only included ALL of the needed hardware - screws and caps - but even had some extras! Just need to be careful when you pick it up to move it because the pole pieces tend to come apart, unless care is taken. If I ever need another, I will look for this product again. ... show more

I mean, you get what you pay for. It works. It looks cute once assembled. Assembly would have been a cinch, too, were it not for about a third of the holes not being quiiiiiite big enough for the screws and having to sweat and curse and force them in while being careful not to fully strip their heads and leave a jagged mess that could snag delicate fabric. (Fortunately nothing I own that is coatlike is particularly delicate.) Otherwise the instructions were quite clear! Parts are labeled on the plastic packaging. Base wobbled considerably but unscrewing some of the feet a bit got it steady. Otherwise the construction seems sound and it holds a lot of coats and hats no problem. Color is nice. ... show more

It's not super heavy, it's actually pretty light. It looks nice but once you cover it in coats, it just looks like coats(better than laying them on the floor or furniture though). It does wobble a bit if I try to make it wobble but it's not like normal people go vigorously shake their coat rack. The stick nubby things that you put the coats on are also spaced so the lower ones are not directly under the top ones so you can get to them relatively easily even with coats up top. The assembly was easy and I did it in like 15 minutes(nothing is stickered but you can figure it out from the pictures). The screws fit ok, a few turned infinitely but they weren't coming out by any means. It's a good height, like slightly shorter than I am and I'm probably like 5'9 or 5'10 or something. (My doctor says a different number every time and keeps trying to round me off to 6' but I have checked my own height at home. Doctors need to stop lying about height to us men, that's why so many of us are delusional). The price is good! Just buy it, it's literally such easy serotonin(to order, build, and use). ... show more

I bought this “Used - Like New” but it was clear Amazon didn’t check the parts closely as two screws and the end cap of the upright were missing (thankfully the screws were easy to replace and we put duct tape where the end cap would go). But that’s on Amazon, not the manufacturer. As for the product itself, we like the bronze / chocolate color, the rack is lightweight but sturdy, and there are three different levels of hooks for coats, hats, scarves, etc. Nice add to our mud room just buyer-beware if you buy Used from Amazon. ... show more
