All I did was look at the picture, and offcourse the picture is deceiving . It seems long, and adult size. When I received it, it was a doll house size hamper.

I wasn't expecting too much for a hamper this cheap, however I did expect it to have the bare features it said it did. The lid has no magnets and doesn't stay shut because of it. The lip of the hamper just sticks straight out making it look ill fitting in the room. If you are okay with a small cheap hamper with no lid or a lid that doesn't close it's not a bad price. Too much work to send back so I'll keep it but it isn't as described.

This hamper wasn’t that easy to figure out how to put together (or maybe it’s just me) but once it was assembled, it was exactly what I was looking for. I work overseas and live in a small, dorm like room. This hamper is the perfec size for my space. I put my laundry bag inside it, so when it’s time to do laundry, I just pull it out and go. I hated seeing the laundry bag just lying around. This is much neater and better use of space.

I actually use this as a "snack box" instead of a hamper. It's not very tall as you can see from the pictures so I'm not sure how anyone would use this as a hamper, but it's great when used for what I'm using it for. It's adjustable so you can make it shorter or taller depending on your preference. Very satisfied with my purchase!

This is a standard laundry container like you’ve seen a million times. Whatever on earth they were thinking when they made the goofy, half weak magnets/half Velcro that attaches to nothing- is beyond me. I only knew how to attach it by finally feeling for the metal pieces under the cloth covering. Goofy, goofy design for that lid, folks. Otherwise- it does act as an otherwise perfectly fine laundry bin.

I was looking for a small lightweight hamper for my walk in closet. I looked at several on Amazon and this looked great and had excellent reviews. I used the option to compare it to similar styles and it beat out all the competition. It was delivered quickly, assembled in two minutes, and fit perfectly in the space I had measured for it. The detachable lid that connects with Velcro can stay attached and left open; it simply folds down one side. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I debated giving this 3 or 4 stars and I went with 4 but, that is me being generous. It looks very nice (which is the main reason I picked this particular one) and I love the colors and the simple, sleek look. The lid velcro’s in the back and has magnets on the front to hold the fold over. The price was decent but I wasn’t very impressed with the product as I was unfolding it to put it together. The cardboard inside is thinner than a regular shipping box and pretty flimsy. The outside material is also very thin, neither of which matter if you’re just putting itsy bitsy baby clothes in it (which is why I purchased it) or if it’s being lightly used (like for storing some stuffed animals) but, I can see this having a short life if wet or smelly clothes are put in it or even if you’re just using it for adult laundry. This wouldn’t last long with my teenagers’ clothes or my husband’s work clothes so if you’re looking for something to last then I would not recommend this hamper. Finally, everything was fine and I had no intentions or thoughts of returning this until I saw the stain (picture posted). I know it’s just a stain but, after seeing reviews for all sorts of things on Amazon with blood stains, I was just kind of grossed out. Who knows what it is...I don’t know but, I don’t like stains. I was debating exchanging it because of the stain but after thinking about the quality of the product so much just to write an honest review, I’m thinking about returning it for something different altogether. Overall, it’s nice looking for very light use but I feel very confident in saying it wouldn’t hold up for long to anything more.
