  • Index to Mantak Chia's Library
All in one place, no but there should be. This does not contain all of Mantak Chia's Chi Kung exercises but it covers a pretty good selection. I found much of what Master Chia has written is perhaps a bit verbose and not as well focused as it could be. Now it seems like he might be rewriting and editing much of his earlier writings with the assistance of his students. This to me seems like a good move and maybe his vast array of knowledge can be rendered easier to understand. These more recent writing refer to his road map and the levels of accomplishment. To me it seems a guide book to reading and studying his material might be a good idea, volume on Roadmap to Healing Tao system sounds like a good idea.. Some will find some of exercises and activities useful and others may find some material not as applicable to themselves. There is so much material and not all those materials are needed by all persons. This particular volume is very good and very succinct. It does indeed help to have a teacher or to to assist you in using these materials, don't expect to learn this through reading a book. I purchased this book to get the Qigong exercise forms. I have only begun to work with this book. Practice is the essence of gaining the benefits from Qigong so a routine with memorized/learned exercise forms is required. Should be able to activate, cultivate, and circulate Chi in less than 4 months. (If been on the path for some years, ...)

Very good stuff - if your into Qi Gong or energy work and you have a good instructor - do it. Great stuff in here.
