  • Simply works
Color: Yellow
Nice, cheap, and practical. You can leave it on a sunny window sill to keep it topped off until you need it, and you can always hand crank it for 30 seconds to a minute and get many more minutes of lighting. Light output is modest, but in the dark it's enough to light your path or to look for items in front of you. ... show more

  • Cheap and effective
Color: Yellow
These will work well for emergency flashlights in daughter and wife’s cars. Kinda small but seem to work ok. Better this than having to remember to change/charge batteries in a flashlight or else not have it working when you need it. Time will tell how long these last and if the solar panel works for charging. ... show more

  • Solar re-charge seems to work, but crank re-charge takes a long time
Color: Green
When well-charged, the three LEDs in these lights give useful illumination, over a reasonable time. I discharged one by leaving it turned on for several days while the solar panel was covered. I then tried to re-charge it by cranking, but despite several minutes of cranking, the light was not very bright, and didn't last more than a few minutes. (Rather disappointing). I then left the light (turned off) with its solar cell exposed to available sunlight over several days. When I turned the light on again, it seemed to be at full brightness, and lasted for at least five minutes while maintaining pretty much the same brightness. So, it appears that the solar charging (given enough time) does a good job of recharging, while it seems to take an inordinate amount of cranking to get it charged even enough to produce a minimally-usable light. So, it's a mixed bag. The other thing that I disliked is that the clip "loop" is so fat that it's difficult to clip the light directly to a belt, strap, etc. While it can be done, it's - well - very inconvenient and cumbersome. So, overall, the light is usable but not especially impressive. ... show more

  • Bright little flashlight
Color: Green
Bright little light, crank it about 10 or 15 times and it's bright and stays bright for quite a while. Extremely handy to have during Hurricane Season, camping Etc. Nice green color durable easy to use. Quality is good and durable haven't had any problems with it charges up very fast when you wind it. • Handy and reliable
Color: Green
These are handy little lights to stash in a glove box, emergency kit, or take camping. The problem with emergency flashlights is by the time you need them the batteries may be dead or even corroded. These lights can be hand cranked to recharge, and the crank quickly gives enough juice to light it up. Or you can keep them charged by leaving them in sunlight from time to time. I've had mine a few years and they still work fine. I'm happy with them. ... show more

  • Wonderful Item to Have at Home or in Your Car
Color: Green
I use the solar panel to charge the flashlight. If need be I use the manual crank to charge the flashlight for short bursts of light. I've never been disappointed using it. Never again have to deal with changing out weak batteries (assuming I have the batteries with me). Strong light beam. Highly recommend owning one. ... show more

  • Not bad for the Price
Color: Black
I recently purchased a 2-pack of solar charger small flashlights with a hand crank, and I couldn't be more pleased with their performance. Here's a detailed review highlighting the various aspects of these versatile little gadgets. Perfect Balance of Power These flashlights strike the perfect balance between power and functionality. They're not overly powerful, which is actually a plus for my needs, as they provide just the right amount of light without being blinding. Whether I'm using them for reading in the tent during a camping trip or navigating a dark attic, they offer sufficient illumination to get the job done. The light is steady and reliable, making them ideal for various scenarios. Dual Charging Options One of the best features of these flashlights is the dual charging options. The built-in solar panels are efficient and charge the batteries during the day, making them eco-friendly and convenient. Additionally, the hand crank is a lifesaver in emergencies or when the weather doesn't cooperate. Just a few minutes of cranking provides enough power to light up the area, ensuring you're never left in the dark. Compact and Portable Design These flashlights are compact and lightweight, making them incredibly easy to carry around. Whether I’m hiking, camping, or just keeping them in my car for emergencies, their small size makes them a perfect fit for any situation. The included wrist straps are a nice touch, ensuring they’re always within easy reach. Great Value for the Price At their price point, these flashlights are an excellent value. They may not be the most powerful lights on the market, but their reliability and versatility make them well worth the investment. The fact that you get two in a pack only adds to their appeal, providing a backup or an extra to share with family or friends. ... show more
