I bought this for guests who were staying with us for a week and returned it because it didn't live up to even my lowest expectation. I've owned at least 5 different (cheaper) air mattress brands in the last few years and I would trade any of them for this overpriced one. I chose this brand because of the Beautyrest name and the listing photos that show the mattress being used as an actual bed, not a temporary solution for camping or short term house guests. The photos make it look like the bed is exactly like a conventional mattress, only inflatable. This is definitely not the case! The built in pump is the best feature of the mattress and it was super easy to inflate and deflate but there is a rubber plug next to the pump on the side of the mattress that sticks out slightly and I accidentally knocked it with my leg when walking around the bed at night and it let a bunch of air escape. No big deal but the pump is very loud especially in a quiet house. The reason I returned it was because we used this mattress for 1 week and within the first 2 days it lost it's shape completely and bowed out on the sides so it was more egg shaped than bed shaped. I slept on it one night and it rocked back and forth when I moved around because of the weird shape. I could feel the air channels inside of the bed while I slept, which was very uncomfortable. I've never had an air mattress that has these problems and I've slept on many of them. I paid $130 for this thing and expected so much more. Split at seam on second use. Submitted warranty claim June 9th with pictures. Did not receive update until June 16th! Today is JULY 13th and still do not have a replacement. Have requested update on replacement for the past two days and crickets. Guess the motto is to close eyes and pretend you do not see the inquiry (seems to be a new trend). On top of the paint drying spectacle I'm currently going through was informed they DO NOT have a replacement but a what appears to be a lower tier replacement. If you have any issues do not expect A fast resolutiom. The bed is nice and comfy and the only reason for a replacement instead of refund. Since the bed itself was so great am hoping the replacemnt is just as good as this one am hoping my experience is a fluke and others do not have this happen to them. Bought this air mattress to have on hand for overnight guests when we got rid of our sleeper sofa. It worked great and I was very happy, until my 100% leak proof queen mattress started leaking. This was on the 5th or 6th use after we had the mattress for about 4 months. Attempting to see if I can get a warranty repair or replacement. I've found the leak but it appears to be under the velveteen covering on the side of the mattress and I can't precisely locate it to try and plug/repair it. I listened to the positive reviews and took a leap and im so glad I did! I'm in a temporary living situation abroad and needed an airbed asap, but I'll be back home in a few months so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a bed that I'll probably end up throwing out. I ordered THREE airbeds before I finally decided not to buy the cheaper ones and try something from an actual mattress brand. My goodness I can't believe I slept for a whole month on those other beds, they were so uncomfortable and some of them stopped working. This one is very supportive and cushy. I have bought 3 air mattresses in the past 6 months, every one of them had a leak. They ranged between $65-$85. So I decided to go with this one, a wee bit more expensive, and I am SO GLAD I DID. This air mattress did not leak AT ALL. It did stretch, that does happen, but after that we added more air and we are good to go! It is super comfortable! it molds to your body. It has a very soft top on the mattress, and it definitely (some how) makes a big difference in regards to comfort. Spend just a bit more for a quality mattress, you wont regret it. ... show more

I purchased this for a man with severe rheumatoid arthritis to use while waiting for a new bed. he just moved into a new apartment and had nothing. I had hoped since this was a 'name brand' it would be safe. He is now sleeping on the floor because the piece that keeps the air in won't close tightly. I'm angry that he he has been made more uncomfortable by a cheaply made product. When you make a product cheaply, you need to consider who you may be hurting. ... show more
