Update: The company reached out to resolve the issue and they were absolutely fantastic! I was offered a couple options, one of which was a replacement mattress which had been upgraded since my original purchase. Because we needed an air mattress, I opted for that, and it has been wonderful! Inflation and deflation are very quick and easy, the mattress is very comfortable (we also have a memory foam topper) and it does not deflate overnight like the previous one did! Absolutely recommend! Switching from 3 stars to 5 for great customer service and product quality. Original Review: We’ve had this air mattress for 6 months now. It has been used 10-15 times and while it is comfortable, it begins to lose air shortly after being fully inflated (and has been like this since day one). I end up having to reinflate it just before our guests go to bed in hopes that it has enough air to last the night. There are no holes that I have found, so I’m not sure why it’s doing this, but it seems to be a common thing, as other reviewers have had the same issue. I was hopeful the “leaking” was just the material stretching out and things would settle in, but unfortunately that is not the case. I don’t have the option to return it at this point, but definitely would if I could. Inflate/deflate and storage are all very easy, and it is comfortable (when it’s fully inflated) which is why I gave it 3 stars.

I abnormally sleep on air mattresses sometimes every night. The iDoo air mattress is da bomb! It's so comfortable that I overslept this morning, and then some. I only had to re-air it about three times just a little bit. My experience with air mattresses has taught me to not infate it too tight. Wait a while after inflating for the first time, and then add a little more being mindful not to fill it too much causing it to eventually pop in a short amount of time. Treat it like you paid $50,000.00 for it, and it should last you a reasonable amount of time. This is the best mattress I know of. The only problem is that I can't get up in the morning. Actually I get up fine feeling sufficiently rested making it a great day ahead. ENJOY!

This air mattress is convienient to carry around in its own bag that it comes with. It also comed with patches in case it has any holes. However is it very very sturdy and strong material. It blows up all by its self, just hook it up to power and it also deflates on its own so its super easy to put away. I had it blown up for a few weeks and never had to put air in it, nor did it have any deflating issues. Its a great height/thickness to keep you well off the floor and easy to sit on sinces its not so low. I recommend this mattres 100000% ill never buy any other kind of mattress. I also have a personal size which is how i came to know this brand, and fell in love. Ive gone camping many times with my personal mattress and it still works wonderfully without deflating in the middle of the night nor has it broken.

Works great, however I took it camping expecting an additional capped plug to manually inflate it with a portable air pump, but it only works with an electrical outlet plugin. Not great for camping unless you have a car and power adapter. Worked fine otherwise

This product started out great but right after the warranty the valve leaked so bad that it will not stay inflated. I notified the company and they said they would give me a discount if I bought a new one (but the discount would still be more then if I bought it from Amazon again). Very disappointed - as it was great before it started badly leaking. It would not hold the air - and I would be on the floor by the morning.

I have never bought an air mattress before and was a little nervous as to whether I picked a good one or not. I ended up buying it because it looked as though it wasn’t to low to the ground. It was pretty tall and thought that would be easier to get off and on. It was. We love it! It was very comfortable and it inflates pretty quickly. And the best part was we didn’t have to wait forever for the air to come out and lay on it and walk on it to get it flat enough to roll back up. The automatic inflation can be put in reverse, and it sucks all the air out until it’s completely flat and compact. We also really loved that there’s a little compartment and a cord attached so we don’t have to plug anything in that is detachable. Everything’s together and there’s a place for it. And another great thing is they give you an oversized stuff bag for you to store it in. I will recommend this to anyone who asks or is considering buying one.

I used it once while hosting guests and overall it was great. But I was very disappointed that the second time I tried to use it, I woke up an hour later with it significantly deflated. I thought at first it was just that I didn't have the dial clicked into the off position. But after re-inflating and ensuring the dial was set to off, it deflated quickly again. This was really disappointing since the second time I used it was outside of the 30-day return window. I also know that it was not accidentally popped, but instead was just a cheap product, bc i only used it on the carpet and stored it in a safe place. Update: customer service reached out and offered me a refund or replacement. I didn't realize they had a 1 year warranty! Their customer service team was really nice, helpful, and easy to work with. I'm very excited to get the new one as the air mattress itself was very comfortable!

Used it for guests a couple of days after I received it. Slowly lost air overnight for the couple of nights they used it. Thought it was just settling. Last night of use it lost a significant amount of air. Turns out there was a small tear/leak. Used the provided patch material to fix it. Not sure if it worked yet as we haven’t had to use it again yet.
