We bought this hoverboard for our daughter for Christmas since her brother has had one for a few years. This one will not charge unless it’s turned on. We made the mistake of charging it all Christmas Day just for it to not turn work. Then I discovered what the problem was. Then it auto shuts off after a certain amount of time so I have to turn it back on just for it to charge. There is also no way to shut the sound feature off. The noise it makes upon turning it on is SO loud it startles everyone in the same room and there’s no buttons or anything to get it to shut off. Well built but needs $50 a month subscription to use programing app. If the default setting is fine for you this is a great buy. If not get a brand that has a free Play Store app.

My 6 year old absolutely loves it! It is her favorite Christmas present she said lol and she surprisingly was able to get the hang of it very quickly! She learned to balance on it super fast and is riding it around everywhere!
