So first of all, the picture makes it look more structured than it really is. The perimeter of it is not squared off like that, it's too squishy and soft to be able to do that. If you're looking for more structure and support you won't get it here. But if you're looking for a plush soft layer on top of your mattress, this is what you need. It is vacuum sealed so it's packaged flat, but puffs up when you open the bag. I let mine sit for a few hours and then put it on the bed. Full disclosure, I bought two. I saw people on a variety of mattress pad reviews complaining the height description was inaccurate and much thinner than they wanted. I spent hours looking at many many reviews. I opted to purchase two, because what, I'm gonna be mad I'm sinking into a much too soft cloud of delight? No, I'm not mad. I'm loving the way this feels on top of my firm memory foam mattress. I get the support I need with a plush layer on top and it's freaking fabulous.

We have a new very firm innerspring mattress; which we intentionally selected. It has minimal padding on the top, which made it somewhat unpleasant for sleep. After reading ALL the reviews for products of this type, we crossed our fingers and ordered this one. We are delighted. It has made all the difference. While the mattress remains very firm -- which we want -- it now has a layer of softness that makes it very comfortable. (We should note that we placed a mattress protector as the first layer (to protect the mattress), placed a padded mattress pad as the second layer and this product as the top layer. It may have been fine without the second layer, but we had it already, so why not? )

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t slept on it yet. It looks as if it has a stitching defect and it certainly does not look like the picture. It is very lumpy and moves when you get off the bed or moves around and the edge moves on top of mattress. I hope this review helps. Update I did finally sleep on it, and it is really comfortable! So much that I will be canceling my return even though the stitching on edge is defected.

I really like this mattress pad. I was a little worried it might not do the trick maybe too soft but nope. Item came exactly as described and feels like laying on a cloud. Made very well I think it’ll hold up for a while until I can buy a new mattress. I’m not ready to purchase a new mattress but my hips were starting to hurt after sleeping from the springs. This really does the trick and I’ve been able to sleep better!

This mattress topper is indeed very soft and comfy. I have been in search of a good one and i have to say this mattress topper did not disappoint. It is thicker than what i have seen and felt in the stores. Lives up to the hype — it is very cloud-like! Well, i wanted to add more softness to our bed with a cooling effect to help us sleep better, and lo and behold my husband and are absolutely satisfied!

The topper was vacuum packed and needed 2 days too expand to normal. It is too big and too lumpy. Not comfortable. I will give it a couple of days to see if it gets better if not I will return it.

Sleep: 5 Star Comfort: 5 Star not hot cotton cover Washing: 4 Star why?.....the navy blue ribbon on this and navy piping left blue all over my brand new dryer drum. I had to scrub the entire drum Horrible. Change the color to white please. Fit in my regular washing machine but takes 3 70min cycles to dry in my dryer. Thankfully the sleep makes thr hassle worth it. Put on on air mattress and forgot it was an air mattress

I absolutely hate this product. The first one I got smelled like pee. The replacement is just as bad I washed it the first time when I got it and a bunch of yellow spots shows up an the seams were all broken with stuffing coming out. I was never given the portion the return the people lent because Amazon lost the original return. I have proof I returned it but they would let me return it without them getting the first one. It’s almost a year and being on the phone for hrs and speaking to 50+ people I can’t get my money back I hate this product and will only buy expensive items from actual stores.
