    • Better Than Expected
I waited about 6 months to write a review. Before purchasing I read through a lot of reviews, the good and the bad. Here's my take on the oven. 1) It does take a bit of a learning curve to get used to the controls. It is a bit quirky, but once you get the hang of it it's not that hard. It's so small that I don't bother with pre-heating. It gets up to temp in just a few minutes. Also, it cools down really quick. So unless you're ready to put something in the minute after it preheats, it's just a waste of time and electricity. I'm with some of the other reviews on the cool down period it has after its done, but I got used to it and it's really not an issue. 2) I find the temp setting to be spot on for what we cook. Typically, small pizzas, chicken nuggets, frozen pot pies etc. I made some Pillsbury Crescent roles and they weren't quite done in the time the package said, so I had to add an additional 5 minutes. They came out perfect. 3) I don't bother with the goofy handle, I just use an oven mitt or dish towel. I just pop the oven parts/trays in the dish washer and spray them with some vegetable non-stick spray. 4) I did not have any strange odors when useing mine. However, it is an oven and it gets very HOT! I use mine in my man cave. I keep mine on a large cheap wooden cutting board to protect my counter top. Spilled grease or liquids will burn off and create some smoke bc the burner element is very close to the bottom and the drip tray. Thats where keeping it clean really helps. I don't see this as a problem, it's just the routine stuff you deal with useing a small counter type oven. 5) I mentioned that it gets very hot. So if you're useing it in a confined space such as an RV, it will heat up that space. With that said, it does cool down pretty quick. My man cave is about 15x30 with a small window AC unit. For me the heat isn't a problem in that space. 6) Overall I'm very pleased with this little oven. It does what I needed it to do. Small snack type stuff that I do not have to go to the kitchen for. I'm not trying to roast a chicken or make a family meal with it. It's just not designed for that. You want to buy cookie dough in the sleeve and bake just 4 cookies, it's perfect for that. You want to buy the 4 pack of Cresent roles, perfect for that. The 6" personal cheap pizzas, perfect for that. Pizza rolls, chicken nuggets, fish sticks, biscuits, other small snacks just perfect for that type of stuff. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for something to replace my Toaster oven and smaller air fryer. This unit works well so far. I have had it for a few days, the first night I put on oven mode, baked 3 chicken breasts. it would have been nice if the unit was large as it said it was in the main headline. 17.3"L x 14.76"W x 16.34"H, but it 13"x13" and 9" deep(front to rear). The product works well though. i then put it on Air Fryer, and cooked 6 breakfast sausage patties, the raw ones that come in 18 pk (Walmart GV Brand). 10 minutes at 400 F, flipping over half way worked well. Setting the mode, I recommend hitting the pre heat button first, it will clock for 3 min at 450F to get it optimal. Then you hit either OVEN or AIR Fry. Pressing Oven lights up the bottom row of modes, rotate the dial until you get to the mode you want, then press the dial in to click, then it moves to time, rotate the dial left or right to set time, press it in once again it will flash the temperature, you can use the default temp for that mode, or dial turn left/right to change, then press the dial in to select the temperature you wane. Once that is all done, press the far right bottom button once to start the oven. This same process goes for the Air Fry button, adding even more modes to select from. I did baked spaghetti in a square pan tonight, also making the toast in it afterwards, standing the toast upright allows for more slices to be in at once. I also heated up Venison burgers we had made the night before, put it on Air Fry mode 10 min, flipping and adding the slice of pepperjack cheese to once of them. Even though it is narrower than my Hamilton Beach Toaster oven, this will be replacing both the AF and TO in the kitchen. It is also much quieter than my old Air Fryer (Dash DMAF360GBAQ02 Aircrisp) that I purchased in 2020. It is also much easier to operate. The unit comes with a mesh basket, wire rack (Like an oven), a bake pan and then a crumb pane that slides under the two heating rods in the bottom. The crumb pan is the one that it flat with a angled lip on one side. I will recommend this to someone looking to downsize products in life or that needs a combo unit as this seems to work well for its intended purposes. ... show more

    • Great item.....Except.................
Just received this item today. First issue (well actually second issue after the item was improperly designated to arrive on the 14th of September but the item sat in California after being picked up by UPS and sat for 6 days before being shipped out to the neighboring state where it sat again before being shipped to designated state and delayed twice before finally arriving. I'm not a fan of UPS as they are inefficient and have gross issues with destroying parcels, as I tech companies have sent me items only to have packaging look like it was destroyed in a trash compactor. Besides suggesting a different service I would also suggest allotting some extra time because it is much easier to deliver a package earlier than a projected date to ask forgiveness for it being late.) and really only issue with the item at this time is the cord is too short. The manufacturer made it too short to save on people tripping over, hanging themselves, or other calamity but also advise against heavily in using an extension cord. In my opinion this is a terrible idea and really should be reconsidered as there are times when a longer cord is needed. If this is to save on materials...it is a terrible one as this item really needs to be more accommodating to the customer's needs, not because they think the customer is going to hang themselves with it. Other than that....the item works wonderfully in cooking faster, as I was able to cook french fries in half the time it takes to cook them in the oven. And the taste is far superior over oil with far less oil. Easy to clean and huge easy to use. I just hope it lasts as I've had bad luck buying electric items based out of China, as they tend to stop working after the first month. Fortunately, I've protected myself with a warranty through Amazon and hope I never have to use it..... ... show more
