I gave this to my husband as a Christmas gift. He followed the directions on using distilled water to fill the silicone cubes and the ice cubes come out cloudy and/or streaky every time. You can barely see the monogram. And it is very difficult to get the ice cube out of the silicone mold. Not sure I’d recommend buying this. ... show more

They weren’t as nice as I had expected. I ordered two. One had two initials and it looks ok. The other had three initials. The middle initial is large. The other two initials are small. It looks awful. Who emphasizes the middle initial? I have emailed the company twice and received no reply. The item will be going in the trash if I can’t return it. The material looks like it might be hard to pop an iced cube out of it. But I haven’t tried yet. ... show more
