It annoys me when food and trash slip down the side for the stove and you have to move the whole thigh just to sweep it out. This was a good purchase. It is long so you can cut it to fit your stove perfectly and it does prevent food and trash from falling inbetween your stove and counter. Clean up is easy, with just one or 2 wipes with a disinfectant wipe the mess from the food splashing and popping is all gone. I was worried that these would burn or melt being so close to the fire because we have a gas stove, but nope it durable and I believe in the description it says that these are fire resistant as well.

this item had to be cut to size and the oven had to be adjusted. Have to make sure you lift up the flaps that are laying on the counter, and clean real well underneath. Overall this is a pretty decent item glad i ordered this

One of the most annoying and frightening things for me is to have to move a gas stove out from the wall to clean the sides. This pair of silicone gap covers ensures nothing drips down from the stovetop, so the sides stay clean. The work with any stove, and look nice, too.

We bought these to cover the gaps between our oven and our counter, knowing that our oven rests slightly higher than our countertop, maybe by 1/4 inch. We knew that these silicone slides would slope down a bit but didn't anticipate that the gap shoot would be so very short and that the fit would be so unaccommodating; silicone - I thought it would be more flexible. These are a great idea but the top edge of your over HAS to be perfectly flat with your countertop and your stove can't have any sort of edge to it (ours is gas so there is a bit of a lip around the outside). We tried to get them to work but to no avail - they wouldn't stay put and the fit was just terrible. The product seems well-made though and easy to fit to size. Just be mindful of the transition from oven to counter.
