These are not soft silicone like the original tips that came with my Littman stethoscope. They are hard, not pliable and seem to be smaller so they don’t fit all the way on the ear piece and cover the metal threads on the end. Time will tell if they stay on or hold up (but I will probably replace anyway because they are not comfortable at all.) ... show more

Pro: fit well inside the ear. Con: silicone MUCH firmer than I anticipated. Makes it uncomfortable to wear. I expected a softer silicone for the ears.
