I was nervous to buy this renewed and from Amazon instead of straight from a store or the silhouette website. I was not one bit disappointed with this product or the seller. It shipped quickly it arrived quickly the packaging and everything was in perfect condition it came in its original box with everything described that it would come with I immediately hooked it up registered it and got it going and have not had one issue with it. So far so good! I was a littler nervous to buy this as a renewed machine but it has worked perfectly! I’ve used other programs and machines before and the Silhouette has been my favorite! The program is free as long as you don’t need extras like uploading SVGs but if you do you’ll need to upgrade which is a one time fee of $50! Really isnt bad considering others charge monthly like the cricut! Would recommend and buy again! ... show more

I went from a Cameo 1 to the Cameo 4. The Auto blade either does not go all the way back to zero between cuts or rips the media I am cutting. It is hard to get any other blade for the other uses of this machine, such as the fabric blade, or anything for blade 2. I was fortunate to be able to have a few blades from my Cameo 1 (ratchet blade) and I am able to cut using that. but must adjust the settings. The default settings do not work correctly as they are all set to blade 1 force 10, speed 5, so you have to adjust between cuts. I had such high hopes and what a let down. My advise is try the 3 or wait until they fix some of the bugs in this one. Read the reviews. ... show more
