I have 3 sets of linen sheets. These are by far my fav and they are not the most expensive. The fabric is thicker and immediately softer than the others. Sheets are generously sized and pillowcases have solid wide hem at the opening for a finished look. I look forward to getting in bed with these sheets. Well worth the investment. I bought these a year and a half ago and they are the only sheets I’ve used in that time and they are still in good shape it seems. I wash them every 2 weeks. This is my first linen set ever, so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I love them. I’ve been wanting to try “grounding” sheets recently but I love these sheets so much that I can’t decide if I really want to make that switch, I wish I could have the grounding tech in these specific sheets haha! There is something SO cozy when climbing into these at night, also the color is gorgeous and they just keep getting softer. Also I have realized there are many definitions to “soft”, these are not soft like silk or polyester where they are smooth and slick, no, they are soft like a well worn piece of clothing. The material seems to be great quality. When they were new they caused a LOT of lint at first, in the dryer and all over the mattress, I later noticed I had to dust my walls too, so be prepared at the beginning for that, but well worth it in my opinion. I also struggle fully getting body and hair oils out of it at times, I don’t use harsh detergents, so something else to consider. Surprisingly I might try another brand because I also really do wish there were more colors and some patterns.

The sheets fit my oversized mattress very well. They wash up stiff but get softer on the bed. They sleep cooler than my linen sheets from PB and feel thicker than my linen sheets from PB. Also, my PB linen sheets have small extra stitched details, but the actual linen from SIJO is better quality. I like these so much I bought a second set for my guest bedroom. They don’t pill and are super durable. They wrinkle like all linen sheets, but I make my bed every day and they straighten out well. If you don’t make your bed daily, and don’t mind the wrinkles, you are ok with real linen. The color is beautiful and subtle, very elegant looking in original flax linen. Love the length of the top sheet— the little extra tucks nicely!

What you need to know - These breathe with you. They feel a bit organicky (rougher than most sheets) but you get used to that in just a couple nights, but they are so cool - meaning - they breathe. I'm never kicking these sheets off in the middle of the night. They are a bit on the wrinkly side of life (as most organic natural fibers are. I was a bit spoiled to the clara clark sheets (cheap and soft and wrinkle free) but when I heard about the vibrational frequency of linen being in the 1000's I had to try them. We love them and they look like a million bucks. So I guess $300 isn't bad. We've used them for 6 months now and they are getting softer. You do have to wash them to shrink them back to a tight fit as the fibers will stretch out. Who doesn't need to wash their sheets more.

I bought this set in Dec 2021 and loved the rich forest green color that stayed true through multiple washings. My pictures don't represent the actual color well at all, but other reviews do. Gorgeous. And fit our extra thick queen mattress easily. We had the sheets in regular rotation with 2 other sets. The fabric softened nicely over time. Unfortunately it also grew so thin that you could see our mattress pad through it, and eventually the fabric split/ripped without any rough handling. Three years of solid use. For me, it wasn't worth the cost, as I expected at least a 10 year lifespan.

I bought the king set in July 2020 and upon opening them, they were stiff, thick, and slightly rough - as expected of brand new flax linen sheets. We loved these sheets and they did soften over time as claimed. We exclusively used these sheets during the summer and a bit of spring with the occasional rotation here and there. A little over 4 years later and multiple washes, the fitted sheets started tearing at where our feet typically are (I didn't notice the small tear and it quickly became a large tear). Compared to the other areas of the sheets, these areas are noticeably worn and thin. I've also noticed loose threads on various seams (especially the seam with the elastic casing). These are by no means inexpensive sheets considering I paid over $300 for them so if you cannot stomach spending that much on sheets that will only last 4-5 years, look for a more affordable option. I wish there was a way to only purchase the fitted sheets because I'd love to replace my fitted sheet only since I do not use the pillow cases (we sleep on silk pillow cases) and the flat sheet is still in good condition. I do not want to purchase the entire set again so will have to look for a different linen option to replace my torn fitted sheet.
