    • These Hearing Aides are OK, But...
Once I received these hearing aides, I tried to pair them per the enclosed instructions. They would not pair according to the APP, but the IPHONE 8+ Accessory did pair... I had to call SIGNIA and they sent me new instructions to follow as this was an APP issue. I received the new installation instructions and the new hearing aides finally paired with my SIGNIA APP. The hearing aide service technician was great and very approachable for help. Originally, I used the molded type fitting from RE-SOUND. My original hearing aides were failing me, so I ordered the SIGNIA 1X. The new ITE (In The Ear) type, was not a good match for me, as I would hear all the outside distracting sounds around me (even with the largest in the ear fitting that comes with the hearing aides), and unless I plugged both of my ears with my fingers, it continually sounded like I was in a tunnel~~~Not a good situation for me. So I had to return this SIGNIA 1X to AMAZON, and get my failing RE-SOUND hearing aides repaired. One thing to keep in mind if you order these from AMAZON...For me, these are a costly pair to order. Shipping costs to ship to me was free, BUT---->Returning them, I was having to pay for the shipping back, and since these cost well over $1,000.00 I had to also pay for shipping insurance also! Keep that in mind if they don't work out for you... ... show more
