These kettle bells are perfect for swings and modified dead lifts. They're easy to store. The only thing I can say is that they don't a grip on them or finger grooves. They have a smooth plastic finish but are perfect for me and the purpose I intend for them.

I was worried I may not be able to handle these due to the size but the size is actually what helps me grip them without them slipping or dropping while holding them. The material also is great for sweaty hands. I feel very secure using it now and my workouts are going much better.

Just received my kettlebells the box they came in was no longer a box lol but the product was still good I checked the weight of my 20 pound kettlebell and it was spot on will be buying another set to have 2 of each weight for workouts!

My error, I did not read the descriptive information on the carefully enough. I am used to using steel kettlebells. These are 2-3 times bigger than the same weight steel kettlebell. That size difference make these difficult to use for some exercises. I would return these because of that except for the fact that it was my mistake. Yes they can be used for some exercises so I will get some benefit. I would most certainly not buy them if I had know how massive they are. Note the photo, the weight on the left is 13#, the weight on the right is 10#

I already own heavier cast iron versions, but wanted a lighter more cost effective kettlebell for rotator cup and fly type excercises. I was pleasantly surprised. Great purchase for price nice solid grip and wide handles for routine. Would recommend only test left is that of time and wear and tear which would be happening sooner then later for I have heavily incorporated these kettlebell into my workout.
