So my local store wants 50$ plus for a single 25LB dumbbell. I looked around on amazon and found these for a much more affordable price, a pair for right around 50$. They are very decently made, the grip is nicer than I expected. The only real con is the rubber tire smell, but that isn't enough for me to dock it a star. Yup they weigh 55 pounds, and its heavy. The rubber provides protection and they are holding up well I have had them for 4 months and use them often cant even tell they look brand new.

In the morning, I do a variety of quick exercises. 7 of the 10 with these 25 lbs dumbbells. Curls, overhead extensions, shoulder presses, chest presses, bend-over back rows, Russian twists, and underbody dumbbell exchange pushups. These aren't "heavy" by any stretch making it super convenient and allowing me to start the day strong. They have a nice grip and can be used for any exercise. They aren't fancy but get the job done without much concern for damaging my floor either, with the rubber ends. (I wouldn't drop them but placing them down is the best bet.) I've had them for 3+ months now and keep them in a room temp location. No corrosion, or discolorations. Highly recommend it for a versatile workout as it isn't too heavy but heavy enough to get the job done. ... show more

These are perfect and weren’t crazy expensive like a set of dumbbells can sometimes be. The only complaint I have which isn’t really a big deal is the chemical smell that doesn’t seem to want to go away. I image after a little sweat and use it will go away but I’ve had these for a week and I have had to leave them outside until I want to use them inside because the smell is just so strong.
