The weights were packed very well with no damage upon receipt. Assembly of the bar was easy to just screw together. Would make the set very portable in a vehicle. I like the steel weights which have openings to hold them individually. I am an older person so the total weight is fine for me.

Star nuts seized after about 5-10 threads and would not go on any more at all. Had to get a hammer to break them loose and get them back off. Weights have larger diameter holes than the bar. Bar showed up as a 3 piece bar, rather than the 1 piece pictured.

They're weights, you lift them. The screw coupling is a different, and clearly cheaper approach to attaching the weights - not as good as spring steel, but it will do.
