I bought this to motivate myself to lose some belly fat. It’s easy to put together and use. It’s not the most comfortable for my back and butt. I have to put something down for more cushion but I like the product. Haven’t used it much but look forward to using it again when I try to lose my fat again. It’s durable and sturdy.

The Fitvids Ab Crunch has exceeded my expectations. Unlike other ab crunchers that have caused discomfort, this one is surprisingly comfortable thanks to its thick foam handles and cushion. The sturdy base provides excellent stability, eliminating the wobble I've encountered with other models. This makes it much easier to perform exercises safely and effectively. I've been able to incorporate the Ab Crunch into my regular routine without any pain or discomfort. The adjustable tension levels offer a good range of difficulty, allowing me to gradually increase the challenge as I get stronger. While some customer reviews mention issues with the DVD, I haven't experienced any problems. Overall, I highly recommend the Fitvids Ab Crunch to anyone looking for a comfortable and effective way to strengthen their core.

This machine is awful. Can not use. No resistance band. I wanted this machine so bad. The reviews was great. The video they showed hype it up. . Very disappointed. No way you can use this machine. No instructions to setup. No sprang action, so do not know how the people in the video was doing any of those exercises. Only thing in box was machine. No instructions, no resistance band and no DVD. Very disappointed. Can not Google how to setup. Did not want to give it one star.

Item seems to work good but missing an item. Resistant bands were in the details but were not included. Would likely order another one as a gift but would like to receive what's supposed to be included. That was the reason for purchasing this particular item because it also included resistant bands.

If you are having hard time doing crunches this is for you! It will definetely support you while doing crunches and it's very convenient that it has levels of support so you can actually graduate to doing crunches all by yourself! The zero level also make it flat so it becomes really easy to store. Is it the most durable, heavy duty equipment to buy? No. But it's definitely durable enough to train you to do the crunches by yourself so it is efficient and not pricey. I will give this 5 stars because it's not expensive and helped me to start doing crunches from zero training.

This is such a great product and if you struggle with doing crunches, then this is a great thing to get! It was very easy to use, and understand the instructions. I saw some reviews about it being hard to set up, the pins not working, but I don’t know what they are talking about. All you have to do is just pull on the pin and it comes right out, and to get it in, just push on it. You don’t even need to push that button that is on the pin. I also see reviews about no dvd, no work outs, but it shows some workouts you can do on the instruction sheet. I didn’t get a dvd like it said, but maybe the “dvd” is the other card that comes with this that says “bend. Simple, daily stretch routines” which is an app and this card gives you a 70% off with a referral code. But I don’t care about the dvd or that app, I am loving this product to even just do crunches with and that is the main reason I got it because I’m not good at crunches.
