This machine is awful. Can not use. No resistance band. I wanted this machine so bad. The reviews was great. The video they showed hype it up. . Very disappointed. No way you can use this machine. No instructions to setup. No sprang action, so do not know how the people in the video was doing any of those exercises. Only thing in box was machine. No instructions, no resistance band and no DVD. Just for mine , so far I like it, easy to use and it’s good if you haven’t worked out in a while. It’s comfortable and compact . I did not receive the dvd or the resistance bands either . Would like to know how to get them being that’s what I paid for ?

I bought this to motivate myself to lose some belly fat. It’s easy to put together and use. It’s not the most comfortable for my back and butt. I have to put something down for more cushion but I like the product. Haven’t used it much but look forward to using it again when I try to lose my fat again. It’s durable and sturdy. ... show more

If you are having hard time doing crunches this is for you! It will definetely support you while doing crunches and it's very convenient that it has levels of support so you can actually graduate to doing crunches all by yourself! The zero level also make it flat so it becomes really easy to store. Is it the most durable, heavy duty equipment to buy? No. But it's definitely durable enough to train you to do the crunches by yourself so it is efficient and not pricey. I will give this 5 stars because it's not expensive and helped me to start doing crunches from zero training. ... show more
