I've been purchasing stuff from Amazon for YEARS. I think this is one of the VERY few reviews I've written. This Ab Crunch Total Body Workout is a TOTAL GAME CHANGER! I am 49 years old and have never been much into fitness however now that I'm getting older, I really want to take better care of myself. I started using this ab cruncher everyday for 20 minutes and wow, I am feeling a difference. You literally can work out EVERY PART OF YOUR BODY! In fact, I also purchased a stair stepper and am planning to return it because I don't need it. If you are considering purchasing this, do it. You can't beat the price, especially for what you get in return. And to top it off, it's super easy to store because it lays flat! Extremely happy with my purchase!

The Fitvids Ab Crunch has exceeded my expectations. Unlike other ab crunchers that have caused discomfort, this one is surprisingly comfortable thanks to its thick foam handles and cushion. The sturdy base provides excellent stability, eliminating the wobble I've encountered with other models. This makes it much easier to perform exercises safely and effectively. I've been able to incorporate the Ab Crunch into my regular routine without any pain or discomfort. The adjustable tension levels offer a good range of difficulty, allowing me to gradually increase the challenge as I get stronger. While some customer reviews mention issues with the DVD, I haven't experienced any problems. Overall, I highly recommend the Fitvids Ab Crunch to anyone looking for a comfortable and effective way to strengthen their core.

DO NOT buy this if you expect it to include anything more than the Fitvids Ab Crunch (08/05/2026). Amazon says that if you return the Fitvid Ab Crunch, they will charge you a return fee because the item is heavy. Please send me the promised parts that were not included with the delivery. I'd be content to keep this if it was what I ordered. Why should I have to pay for a defective item?!?!

Good workout equipment for exercising at home. It’s easy to use and provides a solid workout, especially for the core. The resistance bands are a nice addition. It could feel a little sturdier, but overall it works well and I’m happy with it.

This is such a great product and if you struggle with doing crunches, then this is a great thing to get! It was very easy to use, and understand the instructions. I saw some reviews about it being hard to set up, the pins not working, but I don’t know what they are talking about. All you have to do is just pull on the pin and it comes right out, and to get it in, just push on it. You don’t even need to push that button that is on the pin. I also see reviews about no dvd, no work outs, but it shows some workouts you can do on the instruction sheet. I didn’t get a dvd like it said, but maybe the “dvd” is the other card that comes with this that says “bend. Simple, daily stretch routines” which is an app and this card gives you a 70% off with a referral code. But I don’t care about the dvd or that app, I am loving this product to even just do crunches with and that is the main reason I got it because I’m not good at crunches.

This ab machine works as expected. The only reason that I didn’t give a 5 ⭐️ is because the DVD is not provided. I did see other reviews stating the DVD was not included but thought maybe it was sporadic. However I think that it just doesn’t ever come with it and is a marketing scheme.

This item did not come with a DVD or resistance bands. All that came was the device and a one-sheet of paper with different exercises you can do. It was very easy to use; take out of the box, move the silver levers and go. But after I started using it to do sit-ups, a very loud cranking/screeching noise started. I am returning this. Also, I set up the free UPS return in the early morning, and was told by Amazon it would be picked up the next business day. UPS came on the same day, but I did not have the box outside, nor did I hear a doorbell, so they left. I had to contact Amazon again, to set up another pick-up.
