This is such a great product and if you struggle with doing crunches, then this is a great thing to get! It was very easy to use, and understand the instructions. I saw some reviews about it being hard to set up, the pins not working, but I don’t know what they are talking about. All you have to do is just pull on the pin and it comes right out, and to get it in, just push on it. You don’t even need to push that button that is on the pin. I also see reviews about no dvd, no work outs, but it shows some workouts you can do on the instruction sheet. I didn’t get a dvd like it said, but maybe the “dvd” is the other card that comes with this that says “bend. Simple, daily stretch routines” which is an app and this card gives you a 70% off with a referral code. But I don’t care about the dvd or that app, I am loving this product to even just do crunches with and that is the main reason I got it because I’m not good at crunches.

Works awesome. You can easily do 1000 sit-ups with this product. It’s all ab work no rest, you get the burn of the workout without being exhausted afterwards. I’ve had it for a couple of days and my abs are on fire and I can still do more. Buy it, it’s worth it.

Best for women easy work outs

I can’t for the life of me understand how anyone who recently purchased this item (which appears to have changed in design over the years) has been able to set it up. You are supposed to remove the ring pin, raise an arm, and reinsert the ring pin through the metal arm to lock it in position. The problem is that the metal arm is hollow, and there is no way to lock the ring pin so that the button is depressed as you stick it through. If you stick it in, the button will immediately pop up on the inside, and you’ll have no way to access the button on the inside of the metal bar to depress the button to get it out through the other hole, so no way to secure the position of the arm. I also did not receive the advertised resistance bands or the dvd. A paper guide was given, but it only demonstrates 7 exercises, not the many others that they promise you can do on it. I was hesitant to buy this, but the good reviews swayed me to take a chance. I’ll be returning asap.

I think this product is very interesting because the resistance bands are non existent, so if you like not getting the resistance bands as the title states you should, than this is a great product for you.

The Fitvids Ab Crunch has exceeded my expectations. Unlike other ab crunchers that have caused discomfort, this one is surprisingly comfortable thanks to its thick foam handles and cushion. The sturdy base provides excellent stability, eliminating the wobble I've encountered with other models. This makes it much easier to perform exercises safely and effectively. I've been able to incorporate the Ab Crunch into my regular routine without any pain or discomfort. The adjustable tension levels offer a good range of difficulty, allowing me to gradually increase the challenge as I get stronger. While some customer reviews mention issues with the DVD, I haven't experienced any problems. Overall, I highly recommend the Fitvids Ab Crunch to anyone looking for a comfortable and effective way to strengthen their core.
