    • The slats in the frame broke after one night.

The bed slats to hold up the mattress were made of plywood, and broke in half after ONE USE!!! Shame on Ashley furniture for selling such a lousy product.

    • Good bed but garbage slats

The frame is a nice style, has decent underneath clearance and is easy to assemble. However, expect to toss the slats. They are flimsy from the go and get worse with use. Either buy a better frame or buy wood and make your own slats.

They could put more time into making sure the slats fit exact and tight with the bed frame so the screws line-up with the center of the bed frame, a few slats were close to the edge of the bed frame. All the slats were not snug with the bed frame and about 1/4” too short. I don’t think it would be the same if you had to take it apart for a move..but there are ways around that. ... show more

This was so easy to assemble. It took me under 30 mins (by myself) to assemble. I got this for my 2 year old. I needed something low and sturdy. It's a good looking frame and the quality is really good.
