I enjoy a semi-soft bed, and my hips and shoulders appreciate it too since I’m a side-sleeper. I did a lot of research and took a gamble in this bed (since it didn’t have many reviews, but the majority seemed positive). I’m glad I did! I was having some pretty severe shoulder pain before using the mattress, and after a few weeks, it’s almost completely gone! The bed is softer than I expected, but to me it’s like sleeping on a cloud. I only get slightly uncomfortable when I sleep on my back (which is rare for me) but this could be related to my pillow. The bed was easy to unpack alone. The hardest part was moving it once I had it completely unpacked from all the plastic - you may need a partner for this. The bed recovered pretty quickly once removed from the vacuum seal. I was sleeping on it the first night. It firmed up a little more within the first week. I have slept on this mattress every night since I bought it. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Holy WOW, we were NOT expecting this!!! Opened the box and barely got it unrolled in the bedframe before it started expanding!!! We got it into place, were happy to see it was going to somehow fit our strangely shaped antique bedframe, and suddenly, it started to grow/expand- the pictures are after maybe 30 minutes of it being in place- Already it measures up & already it has MORE than taken shape & is comparable to what you see in the stores on display for just a mattress- ie it can literally only get bigger/better. It doesn't smell bad or funny, either is the key!!! Onward & upward, it's looking like a winner so far!!!

This is such a fantastic buy! Plush is so comfortable. I really scanned the reviews before purchasing and the only kind that seemed to have mixed reviews was the pillow top. It's not described as plush with a pillowtop. So I would recommend if you prefer the softer top to get the plush! And if you decide on wanting a pillow top just get a separate one later if you even need it. Such a great quality mattress the hybrid coil/foam combo is genius. It's good quality for a seriously bargain price. It's a reputable brand too. The shipping was next day even though it said it would take nearly 2 weeks. Ships out of the northeast where I'm located so that helps. UPDATE: been a couple of months and still amazing. Get this bed you won't be disappointed!

I received the mattress in 2 days, and it took a day to inflate. It inflated to 11+ inches, which is as per spec. The mattress is firm for now, and i sleep better than on the old pillowtop. As all memory foam mattresses, this one keeps my indentation for the night, but its gone by the next night. I am 200lbs and sleep pretty much in one place/position for most of the night. My concern is if the springs will hold shape over time. I'll update this post if they don't. Updated 2 years on: the mttress is holding up well, but rotation is needed. Indentations stay if sleeping position doesnt change. Which means sleeping on a hump from time to time until it evens out.

Let me start by saying I LOVE soft beds, but also am able to sleep in all types beds. I've never had back pain from sleeping and never really had a complaint about a mattress. I was really hopeful for this one because of all the great reviews - but I have never had issues sleeping like I've had with this mattress. There is absolutely no support at all, and it even sags/sinks in the middle. I've woken up in the middle of the night for the past week with back pains so bad I've had to put a pillow under my lower back for support. I even ended up sleeping on the couch last night since it was more supportive than this bed. I'm really not sure how this mattress got such rave reviews because I find it nearly unsleepable. Normally I don't write negative reviews, but feel for something this expensive and as important to your life as a mattress is, I should share my experience.

This mattress is fantastic! I'm a side sleeper & ordered the plush to replace a 14 year old mattress that's caused extreme low back pain. Sadly, I didn't know until recently a new mattress could improve this. So many doctor & chiropractor visits and next on the list would've been physical therapy. I could buy 20 of these mattresses with the money I've spent following my doctor's advice. I noticed less back pain after sleeping on this just a few nights, but after a few weeks the pain went away completely. I'm excited for Spring and all the things I'll be able to do that I haven't done the last 3 years. Crazy fast delivery! it arrived just 12 hours after ordering it and was able to sleep on it the very same night. The entire purchase experience was a pleasure. Paid a fraction of what other retailers charge, avoided high delivery fees, and received a top quality mattress. Will definitely buy others from Amazon as needed.

Good value. Comfy. I'm a side sleeper. Works perfect for me. Well made. Heavy. When you get the mattress. You probably wont be able to sleep on it for 8 to 10 hours. It has to re inflate. Its flat as a pancake when you get it. Definitely worth the money. The queen was cheaper than the full size. So watch out for that. Dont hesitate. It's a great mattress.
