Missing a screw to hold the knob for drawer in place and had a extra screw of one I did not need. Everything else was there and perfectly fine. Love that it comes with a option to anchor into wall, even though I did not need. Too expensive for how cheaply made it is but still a good dresser.

Parts don't fit as pictures show. Drawers go together well. Directions are pictures. The first 2 pictures are original order. The rest is the reorder of the side that is the main problem. Your options is take all apart and put it in a box and tape it well to do return replace or return money back. Or get 40% money back and keep it. Well a box for that much cost. I asked for the hole outside but that's not option I said I wanted it together due to how the sent us these 2 times. Not happy with that part would've been great dresser and now no money buy our daughter her dresser since they kept 60% of it and sent us duds. We would have to buy hole new box which in our area cost alone $20 pluss dollars for this fit. This is a setup and wrong. Only if sent fully assembled and not expecting one we have back I'll change my review other wise CRAPPY DRESSER AND BAD SALES Update: we made the sides gotoether best we could with gaps and we also found it 4 inches shorter than says. This is a fully bad dresser and they expect you buy good box to send it back and take it apart and only when notvgets back after paying for the big box give your money back. Taking 40% we should've got back all the way!!!!!! The drawers don't fit screws wrong sizes everything is wrong WE WANT OUR MONEY AND A FREE DRESSER ALL READY ASSEMBLED 6 TO 8 IN HIEGH DRAWER for space to use and at least 45 inches inches high and needs be width of 15 to 16inches in 1 week be here too

Just bought and assembled the dresser so I can’t comment about the longevity and stability of it just yet. I’ll come and update in about a month or so. The box is heavy but I didn’t have a problem bringing in my house from the door step by myself. All of the pieces to the dresser came in. Nothing was damaged or broken. Assembly took about 3 hours. I will say that some of the pre-drilled holes was off and wasn’t aligned with the screws that needed to go inside to connect a piece, so we had to drill new holes. Annoying but wasn’t a huge deal. After assembly, the drawers are a little off but it’s not terribly noticeable; probably because the rails were already pre-attached. Its pretty sturdy, it doesn’t wobble or anything. The drawers glide in and out nicely and it’s pretty deep for spacing. The height is nice. It’s about 34 inches tall and I’m 5’7, so it’s high enough to wear I don’t have bend low over it. It definitely looks cheap lol. This is the type of dresser you need to be gentle with and not abuse it by stuffing a lot of clothes in it. I bought this dresser for my first apartment so I just need something to hold me over for a minute until I’m ready to invest in something that I can have for a very long time. Overall, my experience was different than most of the other reviews. Sounds like the dresser was a hit or miss and I guess I just got lucky. I’ve only had it for a day but I like it. I think it’ll do what I need it to do for the time being. Can’t complain so far. It’s definitely a starter dresser!

I bought the dresser and the matching side tables at the same time. Put the side tables together first, everything was good. Then I started the dresser and got to the very end where you actually put the dresser drawers together, turns out they left out 2 of the back boards for the dresser and the screws. Frustrating because I already started the work to get the room put together and now I have to wait 7-10 days for the parts to even be acknowledged or processed in Ashley Furnitures system and then they will ship out sometime after that. So I’m looking at another 2 or more weeks before I can have my room put together. I guess the positive was that it was easy to contact Ashley furniture and they didn’t ask a million questions about the product. Just annoying to have to wait that long simply because all the parts weren’t there. I guess that’s what you get for cheap furniture though. Update- it’s been over a year now and the dresser never held up. Any clothes that were placed in the drawers wouldn’t make them bend and not be able to open. The bottom of the drawers just wouldn’t stay in the grooves. Ended up throwing the whole thing away because it just didn’t function right & my son could never open the drawer himself. I always had to pop the drawer back into place before opening.

I’ve put together a few tons of furniture in my lifetime and I must say that this chest of drawers was so very well designed. Instructions were clear and concise and done in a wonderfully well thought out progression. It said it was a 2 person job but I did it easily by myself. BTW I am a 64 year old woman. The quality was good for the price point and I was so relieved to see the drawer guides were pre installed. Those can be a real bugger. Ashley furniture kits have never disappointed me. As a bonus, all of the packaging was recyclable! Not one piece of lousy styrofoam to get rid of. The box was heavy but arrived in perfect condition. Very well packed.

I bought this dresser because it was Ashley Furniture brand. I've liked all the other Ashley Furniture products I've purchased, but this dresser is very poor quality. I can't believe it even is Ashley Furniture brand. The drawers are held together by plastic pins. One of the drawers doesn't even close all the way. It looks terrible. Now if I want to return this I'll have to disassemble it and somehow try to put it back into the box....Not happy with this purchase.
