This dresser looks nice but it’s made out of plywood with a FAKE veneer overlay!! The sides are nailed together crooked! It’s totally unsteady and wobbly! AND... along with all of this it was damaged during delivery so it has a HUGE gouge out of the side! But it too much of a hassle to return it...

I purchased this dresser to match some furniture I had bought previously from Ashley. The fact that it came already assembled, minus just putting the hardware on the drawer fronts, was a big selling point for me too. It was delivered and to my surprise pretty hard for me to wrestle with getting it inside the house on my own, in fact, I had to leave it on the front porch overnight and unpacked it outside the following morning. The dresser was not damaged in shipping at all, however, one bottom drawer absolutely would not slide out or open at all. I went thru the troubleshooting guide that Amazon provided, but that didn’t work. I contacted Amazon’s customer support and they were willing to replace the dresser and come pack up the defective one to return it. Problem for me was I couldn’t commit to their delivery/pick up schedule, as I don’t know my work schedule that far in advance, so that wasn’t a good option for me. I opted for a partial refund instead and I will just keep the dresser even with the one bottom drawer that won’t open. Not ideal but it’s the least amount of hassle & inconvenience for me in the end. ... show more

This is a nice looking dresser. Our daughter had picked it out to go in her room. However it arrived with a large gouge in one of the bottom drawers which is disappointing. I wouldn’t order online again through same shipping company. The box arrived wet on the bottom and the wooden frame the dresser was sitting on inside the box was broken.
