Bought this table and chair set on a pre-Black Friday deal for a significant discount. The delivery guys brought the single case up to my 2nd floor apartment for me. The case is about 150 pounds and contains all the items. The chairs, bench, and table each have their own hardware kit, so it makes organizing this simple. The table took 10 minutes to assemble, 10 minutes per chair, and the bench took 5 minutes. I did not use the provided allen wrench. Tip- if you have a drill or impact gun, go to Harbor Freight or any other cheap tool retailer and buy a bit kit for $10. I used the bit from this kit to assemble everything. The finish amd quality of the set is as expected. No damage during shipping. Stable when fully assembled. The set looks great! ... show more

I am pleased with this it looks good and is sturdy. I was a bit dismayed when it was delivered the box was falling apart literally I was afraid what the table and chairs would look like.     • Very nice set, easy to assemble, nice finish. But... one of my chairs' legs are uneven and wobbles.
We watched this set for a while and bought it when it went under $400, too bad a few days later it was $80 cheaper!!! I really hate when the price of Amazon stuff fluxes drastically from day to day. The set is very nice, and high quality for the price. My only complaint is that one of the chairs is wobbly from uneven front legs or uneven base. Trying to contact support but hard to find the model & serial #s. This should be easier. ... show more

First review within a few days after the purchase ----- The deal is good but you have to realize this is very cheap compared with what you can find in stores. Usually just a table like this is above $400 without shipping, and each chair is about $30-$40 bucks. So, you get here something like 50% off what you can normally get in a tier 2 store. That being said, the table is very sturdy, heavy, and feels of fine quality. The chairs feels a bit lower quality compared with the table and are not as heavy as one might expect. Also they are not super comfortable but do the job fine. It took me more than 1.5 hours to assemble it, so keep this in mind too. I would reccomend getting someone experienced to do that for you if you don't have power tools. So all in all, the deal money wise is very good, but you also get what you pay for, and need to assemble it by yourself, and time is money so add your hourly rate to the total.. the other thing with our order was that a set of screws is missing and one of the leg connectors for one of the chairs is broken. Amazon costumer service helped us and we will get a replacement soon for these parts. Second review after a few months of use ---------------------------- I actually regret we purchased this set. Here are the problems which appear only after the 2-3-4 weeks of use: 1) Chairs are very top-heavy. You can't put anything on them (like a jacket) or they will fall down with just a tiny nudge. But this is not a big deal compared to the next one. 2) All screws which connect and hold together the separated parts of chairs, the table and the stool, requires service every week or so. You need to get the small Allen key you got with the set and re-tight all of those bolts. There are at least 8 screws to re-tight per every chair, 8 for the table and 8 for the stool, and all of them or from beneath. That's a lot of work. I think this is unreasonable that you would be servicing a product you bought every 1-2 weeks. If you don't, all of those parts begin to move when you sit on them or eat by the table. I didn't know about this before I purchased, but found a sticker below every chair saying this should be done routinely. My summery: 1) I regret purchasing this product for the following reasons: - Takes a lot of time and effort to set up - Top-heavy chairs, can't put anything on them, keep falling down - Constantly needing to re-tight the screws (every 1-2 weeks) - Not sure if would survive moving to another apartment 2) Why is it so popular? my guess: - looks nice - problems come only after a few weeks - very low price Final note: If I knew all of this before I would have not bought it. ... show more

I didn't take any photos. Previously, we had a sears purchased table. I had it for less than 2 years, and I had to retighten the bolts once a month. The thing I really liked about this set, each bolt has that blue thread lock paste, so the loosening shouldn't happen as quickly, if at all, for a while at least. It was an easy put together, the chairs are super comfortable. My 3 year old can sit on the bench without a booster. The box came slightly damaged, but there was no damage to the materials. I used my husband's impact with proper bit to assemble it, but I am pretty versed with drills and know when to stop for things like this. It made assembly much faster than doing it all with an Allen wrench. From the table sets I've purchased in the past like this, I will say this is my favorite so far. ... show more

So, so, so happy with this purchase. The table looks great! It takes a bit of time to set all the pieces up but it is worth it. Received it pretty fast after ordering and since I bought it for black Friday I got it at a great price! I will say it is EXTREMELY heavy in the box. My husband and I had to work together to get it into the house. Was difficult and I would not have been able to do it without him, so if you order make sure you have people there to help you bring the box to where it needs to be. ... show more

The delivery arrived on time. It was easy to assemble and didn’t take too long. I feel like the quality is worth the price. I didn’t like the chip on the side of the table, we saw it when we unboxed it. Other than that I am leased with the purchase.
