I paid for the delivery service to bring it in my home. They did. It the box was so filthy that it literally many dark marks on the carpet. Our carpet is brown, not light! The delivery service also only comes Wednesday and Saturdays to our area and we booked some of the upcoming Wed & Sat. The worst part is, after we got it unboxed, the top left drawer is defective. It doesn’t sit flush against the dresser like it should. It’s extremely noticible when you’re standing by it (you can see the contents in the drawer, it’s that bad) or across the room. It is under warranty but that’s gonna likely be a pain in my butt. Since we just moved into a home and I have So Much Extra Time to tend to crap like this that I shouldn’t have to. ... show more

This dresser is very sturdy and holds my 65 tv with no problems. It’s very well made and I absolutely love the color. I would definitely buy the other pieces to finish out my room

Definitely not the greatest craftsmanship as there was a drawer that had already been repaired at the factory and it also had a damaged bottom rear corner. Luckily the corner that was damaged isn't noticable based on placement in the room, the packaging was all still in tact.

I just put the handles on this beautiful piece of furniture and I love it! Came already put together except easy handles. It matches my other furniture. The gray is rich and enhances the ambiance in my bedroom. No defects! I’m a satisfied customer.

so first off, i love the look of this dresser, and the fact that it came assembled was a HUGE selling point for me. BUT, i think i could have put this together better...... one of the drawers wasn't put together correctly (the side that slides into the front of the drawer isn't in the hole) but they glued the whole thing together so there is no way to get it apart to fix it. Because of this, the drawer doesn't close all the way. also, the tracks....the person assembling mine must have been drunk , or extremely lazy.....they put the screws for the tracks in crooked so the tracks slip out around the screws and since it is shipped with the drawers in place it caused the screws to tear out the wood...so now the screws don't stay in place. there is also a crack in the wood from one screw being put in too tightly, and IDK what is going on with the right bottom drawer but it seems too big for the hole. it doesn't slide nicely (yes, it is on the track correctly). it is scraping off the paint from the track every time i open that drawer ... show more
