This beauty blender lives up to the hype!!! I personally don’t always use it because sometimes I like to use a brush to apply liquids. But it is a very helpful sponge. I love my real techniques sponge and find that they both work pretty much the same producing the same result. However I do reach for my beauty blender more, probably because it has a more precise tip than the real techniques. But when I travel I reach for my real techniques one and never bring my bb. In general when I travel I take the cheaper option so I don’t feel bad when it gets lost or damaged. Overall this beauty blender is a wonderful tool to have. I strongly recommend washing properly after every single use.. it’s a sponge and sponges harbor bacteria and germs. I’ve used shampoo and it works but definitely requires elbow grease. I do prefer the beauty blender solutions specifically the solid formula.

Excellent sponge & I am LOVING the straight edges!! There’s soo many ways to use it, which makes it SUPER useful, MORE bang for your buck!! If you’ve been considering this sponge, get it, you will NOT be disappointed..it’s even better than some other known brands with sponges! Oh & this one leaves no sponge pieces on your face (I know another brand sponge that has this problem), instead just flawless makeup application!

I saw this on a Nikkia Joy video and I have to agree with her that the shape is superior that the Beauty Blender teardrop. It removes the need for multiple sponges for different parts of your face.

I am getting rid of all the old egg shaped beauty blenders that are just a stock pile of germs and they are impossible to clean I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Sigma - it has the perfect angles - its easy to clean and and its hearty and dense so you feel quality in your hands when you are stippling on your face. Its pliable but not too soft I love love the Sigma!!

I like it but it’s no where nearly as flexible/bouncy as the beauty blender. I used it for about 2 weeks and then picked up my beauty blender again and now find myself only using the beauty blender again. I think it’s best for powder/baking- not necessarily for foundation
