Update: The company replace the juicer with a quieter one and LED light is still not working but I can live with that. I really like the juicer, it easy to clean and leaks while juicing. I had an old Jack Lalanne juicer that worked well but is big and bulky and hard to clean. Nice juicer works well but it’s not as quiet as the reviews say it is, also the LED light it’s not working right that’s the only problem I have with it. If I can replace the base with a quiet motor and working LED I would give it all stars

The media could not be loaded. The juicer is okay, however, I would really prefer that the box was not as damaged. Maybe the seller could improve the packaging because if you should need to return the item the packaging is really damaged and last, please make the locking mechanism easier to lock because even when you align it, it is quite difficult as “others” have stated.

This juicer works great and makes delicious juice without pulp, but sometimes it takes us 10 times to assemble it before it works properly. This can be very frustrating when you are trying to save money by juicing at home but instead you are wasting time.

Bought this juicer and just getting around to using it, first it was a struggle to get it working finally got it working. Nowithstanding this, i read the manual to my surporise LEMON MUST NOT BE PLACED IN THIS MACHINE BECAUSE IT WILL STOP THE MACHINE FROM WORKING, REALLY FR ALMOST EVERY FRUIT DRINK LEMON AND GINGER ARE A STAPLE. TALK ABOUT DISHONEST HOW CAN A COMPANY THAT PRIDES IT SELF AS A JUICE MAKER MACHINE MAKE A MACHINE THAT A STAPLE FOR JUICE CANT BE USED IN??? . NEXT FROM THE PHOTO ABOVE SHOWED, THE MACHINE DOESNT OR EVEN COMES CLOSE TO SQUEEZING ALL THE JUICE FROM THE CARROTS, EVEN THOUGH I CUT THEM INTO SMALL PIECES. I had one just like this, that I bought on Amazon but the motor started making a noise like it was going to explode. (Mueller Austria Ultra Juicer MU-UJ-1 ) This one is sooo much better. More quiet, better juicing experience all around. What was really impressive was the lack of pulp in my juice. I had to strain the other one, but this one had little to no pulp in the juice. So far I'm impressed. If that changes, I'll let ya know. Ps: The only thing I don't like is the rotating feed. I need to figure a way to remove that. It's kind of a pain, but not to the pain-point where I wouldn't recommend it. I still love it.

I took the photos and videos with my other phone. I’ll just say that the Manual states not to push the power button when your hands are wet because it can cause electric shock. And the button feels cheap. So it’s going to fail at the power button. The Jacalene juicer has a very robust power button, and I’ve been using it for 10 years and he’s probably never going to break at this point. This user has a cheap power button. Moreover, the manual states that there are two different modes on this juicer for a hard fruits and soft fruits. That is grossly in accurate. There is one mode and one mode only. There is a forward and reverse. But reverse only runs for 10 seconds and it automatically stops itself so it was not meant to run forward and reverse. The reverse feature I believe it’s just for unclogging it. Overall at first I was excited because it looks cool, but it’s very cheap. And that became apparent when you go to assemble it. I could it’s hard to assemble, but it’s not that smooth. It was cheap enough, I bought it to replace my old Jacalene juicer thinking at the auger would be better, and it might be I’m not sure. But I’ll be sending this back and buy a new blade for my Jacqueline. But things got a beast of a motor it’s gonna keep on ticking. There’s things cheap to be lucky if it lasted me a year. This throwaway society, Amazon is this feeling that making it worse. If I can say anything good about it it’s a little bit quieter than the Jacalene which I don’t mind that at all. But it’s hard to clean in the Jacalene. It’s got more pieces, and then stuff gets stuck in the funniest little places
