Top arrived 4 days earlier than the expected date, very happy about that. Haven’t got it put on yet but I did fit it on the car and it an exact fit. Excited to get it installed but of course as soon as it got here it started raining haha. It’s of the same quality as the old top happy about that as well. It’s a really nice quality. It was a little bit difficult to get on, but that’s the same with everything for cars. It took my boyfriend and I about 11 hours to install it. Before you start it, make sure you have all the right tools and a staple gun. This top is very tight too, so tight that I had to sit on it to get it to close, while my boyfriend latched it on the inside. I do recommend letting it sit in the sun for a while before opening your top again. And if you have any minor wrinkles, they’ll be fine after you let it sit in the sun. I gave it four stars because it doesn’t cover my car perfectly, like there’s a piece where a little bit is exposed but it might get better after it stretches out some more. ... show more

Put on my 97 mustang gt looks great. It took me about 2 hours to put it on. Be sure to treat the cover with something that prevents fading. Love the cover though. Good thick canvas.

I really wanted to like this top. I hope someone responds. I purchased a top for my Mustang a year ago. All has been good until last week. The plastic rear window delaminated from the sailcloth all along the bottom side. There is no sign of damage to either the window plastic or the sailcloth. I don't think it had a good heat seal. The temperatures were in the 90s this week. From the time I received the Convertable top, the top always had a small clear looking air bubble under the bottom heat seal seam. At the time I did not think it mattered because it was only the size of a dime. I e-mailed AutoTopsDirect via Amazon, but there is no response in over two weeks. Edit: Sierra Auto Tops did email me but has not issued a return authorization. They said that they would replace the top but there is no clear way how to go about returning it. ... show more
