Wow, i was hoping that it would be comfortable but what an amazing pillow. I was slightly hesitant at having a memory foam pillow, because I was envisioning just a big chunk of a mattress, almost in a pillowcase, and that is not the case with this. It's soft and movable and squishy, Unlike a mattress. I have a pretty firm mattress already and am mostly a back and side sleeper.i did not add any fluff or remove any because I felt so good after the first night, I did not want to jeopardize not getting that back. If you do want to change the feel of the pillow they send extra stuffing to make it firmer as well as a separate bag if you want to make it softer. The extra bag is also used if you want to remove all if the stuffing and wash the pillow inner cover. The outer cover is easy to remove and wash as is. I love that it has wings on the sides so it cradles.your body. I don't think anyone will hate this pillow!

I have slowly been replacing my old poly fill pillow around the house and this is my latest purchase. It's a great side for those of us who love to side sleep and need a pillow to kind of support between your knees. It comes packaged like your usual memory foam pillow and includes an extra pouch of fill with clear instructions on maintenance and prep before first use. I usually just toss these into my dryer on tumble extra low for 20 minutes and it fluffs up the memory foam very nicely. The smell is also gone after letting it sit out for a day after I've fluffed it so no issues there. The outer case is soft and feels nice against my skin. I also don't get overheated using it at night. Wish it had come in a 2 pack!

I already have the smaller version of this pillow and I absolutely love it. When I saw the larger version available, I jumped right on it. I still like this larger version a lot but its also a bit softer than the smaller variation. I prefer the pillow to be more firm, so maybe that will happen over time. Either way, I can wholeheartedly recommend these pillows. They are exvellent quality and the ability to adjust the fill makes them even more valuable IMO. Worth the $$$.

It comes with a super soft pillowcase with zipper on the side for easy insert and removal for washing or adjusting.. This comes with different options to adjust the thickness to your needs . You can remove memory foam or to make it thicker they have provided extra to add . You do get a storage bag to keep the extra memory foam if needed for a future use . I feel like the quality of this pillow is like no other I have received and definitely worth the money. This will be easy to use and clean. There is instructions in the box to follow to ensure that you know all of your options.

It was time to replace my husband’s pillow so I ordered this for him. It arrived tightly packaged but fluffed up pretty instantly after I removed the wrapping. The additional bag of foam bits is so helpful to help find that “just right” level of firmness. There is also an extra bag included to hold leftover foam you may not need. There was almost no smell to it, which was a pleasant surprise. Usually memory foam items have a distinct, unpleasant scent to them but this pillow was very fresh, right out of the packaging. It’s a great value for a customizable, high quality memory foam pillow. My husband is feeling more refreshed when he wakes, with less neck pain.

Really comfortable pillow that everyone in the house is now fighting for. The foam inside inflated well and the pillow is nice and full. There's extra foam if you need it that is included which is a nice. The outer case feels nice and the foam doesn't have too much of a smell. You'll need to let it rise for about 24 hours. Size is perfect for my bed. The curve on bottom doesn't seem like much, but it really sits where my head wants to be when laying sideways.

These pillows are a godsend. I was struggling horribly trying to figure out the best pillow after weeks and weeks of headaches and neck pain. I tried something double the price that still wasnt right for me. I tried cheaper, I tried different shapes, I tried different fluff. Nothing has helped. Until Sidney Sleep pillows. For some reason, I can manage to get the fluff JUST RIGHT in these ones. They are easy to fluff up in the dryer when you need, and if you decide at any point you need to add or take out fluff, you can do so. These pillows are a god send and I won't use anything else!
