I have had the stand for a couple days and haven’t put it together yet. I am not sure what I want to do because I’m too frustrated. Step 1. There’s 4 pieces numbered 10,11,12,13. I was given two 11’s and there isn’t a way to make the second 11 work as the 13 should. So. I can’t even get past step 1 on this stand. Do I want to rebox this whole thing and go through the return process or what??? I’m glad it was early on but how frustrating. The seller reached out to me quickly and fixed the issue. They sent out til he correct part and I will be able to build the furniture with no issues. The customer service was great and I highly recommend these products! Poor quality, cheap, peeling finish, put together with pegs that are not tightly sized, doors don’t stay shut however customer service was great and they replaced the damaged items as well as offered an entirely new tv stand to make up for it, best customer service

I read so many reviews and was nervous but it turned out perfect! The directions are straight forward, everything was labeled, and the tools were organized. It looks expensive and I’m glad I bought it. Even the hinges were made to adjust as needed.

Its a beautiful piece but I am not happy with the color. The picture showed it to be a lot lighter than what it turned out to be. I've attached some pictures for reference. I was thinking it was going to be a lighter hue like my coffee table. It's still beautiful, but I did knock down a star. I would've given this a 3.5 instead of a 4 if I'm being honest. The instructions were a pain and the holes weren't all there. I had to predrill a lot of holes because of this, and the backer slit wasn't there for one of the back pieces as well. If I had the energy to return it I would, just for the color alone, but I don't have time for that. ... show more
