    • It works but could use some refinement

I use this with my 13" ipad pro. It holds it securely and gets the job done. The arms adjust in increments and click into place. This is convenient except that the increments are too far apart so you have to constantly adjust the tilt of the head to compensate. I use it for recording content for social media and I make it work but I think if you're just using this to watch movies and don't need multiple angles and shots, it would be a great stand. I just find that it's too much work for me to position and reposition frequently although it seems to be a solid, well designed stand. I don't regret the purchase, just wish it had finer adjustment increments and a longer / telescoping horizontal arm. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I really liked the build quality - reliable and stable base, heavy (7.5 pounds), does not wobble. The height is adjustable up to 180 cm, which is convenient for both filming and reading or video calls. The mechanism with double self-locking works smoothly and firmly fixes the device. Sturdy stand with base heavy enough for stability. Packaged neatly. Some assembly required, but possible to this senior woman with one broken arm in a cast. Stand and tablet with online music enables this injured singer to join the large chorus on stage. Instructions are basic, no tools needed. Installing the device bracket needed some pressure, and it was a puzzle until I removed the nut from the device bracket, placed the nut over the ball, squeezed the bracket over the ball, then screwed the nut onto the bracket. I'm still looking for a floor stand that can truly hold iPad Pro 12.9". This is not it. What a shame, the base, pole, and extension arm are all solid, but the end joint right next to the tablet clamp that responsible for 180 degree vertical swivel can not bear the weight of the big iPad, no matter how hard I tried to tighten the thumb screw, the iPad still droop down as you can see in my photo. ... show more

Great stand. The base is heavy enough to be sturdy for whatever you want it to hold. The mechanism for adjusting is really easy to use. Just squeeze the sides of each section. It’s really as easy as the listing says it is. The parts that hold the tablet and phone work the same as any spring loaded holders I’ve ever used. Just like the old selfie stick holders. The arm seems sturdy and the locking mechanisms seem even more sturdy than the ball types that other stands use like the Akron mount. The price is competitive but I’d pay a little more for this one because of the quickness of its adjustability. ... show more
