When i watched the video for this item prior to ordering it appeared to be a hardcase set. When i received it and it was soft case I was disappointed since i didnt have time to return and reorder prior to trip. Since I've traveled on 3 flights and used it for over a month I can honestly give a review. Although the laptop bag is roomy and holds everything i need it is uncomfortable to carry over the shoulder. The carryon however is very easy to maneuver. It too is spacious however would have liked it to have a little more room to expand on the outer pockets. Space is very limited to be able to use. Fabric is easily scratched and spills hard to clean from fabric. ... show more
