First and foremost, shout out to Amazon and the Company for the ease of needing help when asked. While putting up one of the walls, it snapped in half after I didn’t secure it properly before glueing. I was beside myself wondering what I would do, as this was by far the most expensive piece I used and how would I fix it? I was able to get a replacement and put it all up! It looks great and I’m glad I got it. The biggest downside, that is mostly a me problem, I did not want to use the chrome seam things. I also didn’t really get how to use them anyway, especially the vertical seams. It was easy to cut and put up. It is very heavy and awkward so taking it up a flight of stairs is rough. Use two people if you can! The shower turned out great and I’m glad I got it.

The contractor mentioned that installation was quick and straightforward, which was a big plus. The shower surround feels solid and well-made, with good overall quality. It’s very low-maintenance, which I appreciate. The chrome trim adds a sleek, modern touch and looks great in the bathroom. I also like that it goes all the way up to the ceiling it gives it a more finished, high-end look. It comes with three panels (back and sides), which fit together nicely. I loved the shower panels, but the packaging box was so damaged that it made a jagged tear in th largest panel and a scrape on the same panel. I would like to reorder the panels as soon as my return is processed. I’m hoping the shipping box is much sturdier and the panels will arrive undamaged! I would definitely have kept the panels had the large one not been damaged!

Panels are not smooth. Rather they contain long, very narrow groves in the material. I'm very concerned that the groves will be difficult to keep clean. Also, I was going to attach a suction cup soap and shampoo holder to a panel but I don't think suction cups will grab and hold on to this material. The company should clearly show an up close photo of the panels.

Beautiful, but if the size isn’t perfect, they are difficult to cut. I doubt this is an DIY install. We’re so glad we had our contractor take care of the installation.
