    • Bad experience with faulty shower panel
I have ordered it for our bathroom which was going through remodeling. By the time we got it installed, the Amazon returned window closed. After the installation we found out that there was no water coming out of any of the shower panel spouts. Tried to contacted the ROVOGO but got no reply for few days. Ended up talking to Amazon and got it returned by getting it uninstalled. Later ROVOGO contacted me and suggested that the hot and cold mixing valve would be bad and they can send the replacement valve with instructions on how to get it installed. ROVOGO did not understand that we already went through all the hassle, time and money to get the faulty unit installed and uninstalled because of their fault; sending us the faulty unit without any quality assurance testing and offering replacement valve, which we have to get it install. I am glad that Amazon customer service is good and helped us to not go through more pain. I would not buy anything from this ROVOGO. ... show more

Had to get a new tower due to a well issue that clogged my last one. This one is great though! I like the blue lights on it. The rainfall setting is strong and the mist setting is a nice way to cool off after some hot yard work. Downspout works well and I like that it doesn't have a tube protruding out of the tower. 2 things I wish it could do:1 is be able to have multiple water features on at one time, and 2: Be able to leave the water temp knob at a specific spot and just turn off the water feature so you always have the same temp water. That being said, Its not hard to figure out where the knob for water is and put it back there every time. Normally within a degree or 2. Overall I'm very happy with this tower and I would definitely purchase it again ... show more

I’ve now had my shower panel for two years with daily usage. The led lights and temperature gauge didn’t last long with the batteries and I haven’t bothered trying to replace them. What has lasted and performed well are the shower functions. The fittings are high quality and I’ve had no leaks or decrease in pressure.
