We purchased this product when we remodeled our master bathroom in August 2023 and is already rusted and has black spots on it. My advice do not buy this product you will regret it.

Had to get a new tower due to a well issue that clogged my last one. This one is great though! I like the blue lights on it. The rainfall setting is strong and the mist setting is a nice way to cool off after some hot yard work. Downspout works well and I like that it doesn't have a tube protruding out of the tower. 2 things I wish it could do:1 is be able to have multiple water features on at one time, and 2: Be able to leave the water temp knob at a specific spot and just turn off the water feature so you always have the same temp water. That being said, Its not hard to figure out where the knob for water is and put it back there every time. Normally within a degree or 2. Overall I'm very happy with this tower and I would definitely purchase it again ... show more

The shower tower was relatively easy to install. Love the rainfall shower. My only concern is that it puts out a LOT of water. Here in water-conscious AZ maybe some sort of flow restrictor might be helpful.

We love, love, love our new shower panel! We did have to make a minor change to the attachment hoses so it would fit onto the wall better. Aside from that the installation was simple and easy and it works great! Loving the temp control and the massage jets are amazing. I just wish it had the ability to use the rain shower & jets at the same time but this was not a dealbreaker! I feel like I get a spa treatment everyday! Love it! I’ve now had my shower panel for two years with daily usage. The led lights and temperature gauge didn’t last long with the batteries and I haven’t bothered trying to replace them. What has lasted and performed well are the shower functions. The fittings are high quality and I’ve had no leaks or decrease in pressure.
