I love shower steamers for when my allergies are acting up, and these are nice and fragrant. I personally like to put them on the built in soap dish in my shower instead of the shower floor to get them to last a little longer, but sadly I still only get one shower out of these. They're still very nice, and keep my bathroom smelling nice for the rest of the day as well, but whereas I can sometimes stretch out other steamers for two uses these disintegrate pretty fast.

Presentation These arrived in a heat sealed, resealable type foil bag. It’s the first such bag that I have seen, for use with Shower Steamers. Most are presented in a gift type box; this is more commodity like. My first thought was that the bag was more for food than steamers. Giftable? Yes, somewhat. However, it’s a bag, not a presentation gift box, so, it is just so, so, as something to delight as a presentation. Otherwise, the graphics are nice, for a bag. However, again, it reminds me that it’s like a bag for food. Size and such The bag is small, dark with some lavender color. The bag is sturdy, sealed – which I prefer, measuring about 6” x 6” x 2” and weighing in at just about (206) grams, which is about (7¼) ounces, which is near (40%) less than a competitor. So, the packaging is weight saving. Inside Inside were quantity eight (8) handmade lavender and mint aroma flavored shower steamers, each weighing in at about (25) grams each, which is just under an ounce each, which is about (10%) lighter than that of a recent competitor and about (25%) lighter than another competitor. Aroma These have a modest to strong scent, one of the best yet, that I have encountered. However, there is a bit more menthol, that I expected. Which is okay. That dry scent is duplicated, in the shower, within the first minute. However, a lot can melt away within the first several minutes of the water is directed too much on this. So, I removed the direct stream and placed within a corner, from the side. Melt slowed, but so did the fragrance). [The listing noted that 100% essential oil is used in making these, I think this much more than the average steamer.] Size and value These have about a 1½ ” diameter, which is smaller than the 2” diameter of others. These have a thickness of about ¾” which is thicker than the typical ½” thick that competitors offer. Considering their cost, without discounts, these are at least (100%) more than the typical cost of an average steamer disc, as of March 2024. So, for my wallet, this is a luxury shower item, and, for me, the best use is as a sachet, which lasts considerably longer. Thoughts I have nothing materially negative to say about these. The aroma is fragrant, the scent is unique and refreshing. I am having good success with placing this in a closet just to add fragrance and in a car’s trunk, so this has uses only limited by imagination. Country of origin? Made in the U.S.A., for me, that’s a big hooray, and I understand why the cost is materially more, versus a country with low production costs. These are my first made in the USA shower steamers, I am okay with paying a premium. Ingredients listed? Yes, so opportunity allows me to look some up. Cautions noted? Yes, caution advised on the bag, such as keeping away from small children. However, if I was pregnant and/or lactating, I would consult with a physician prior to use. Criticism Not individually wrapped, which most of the competitors so do, so some dust. Bottom-line Weak five (5) stars for me. Small. Not wrapped. Some positives being made in the USA and longer than average scent. I hope my thoughts added a bit of information.
