Features

  • 50% PU, 50% Acrylic
  • Imported
  • Waterproof & Breathable Technology: Powered by state-of-the-art TEMRES technology, these winter gloves provide a 100% liquid-proof seal while allowing moisture and heat to escape. Keep your hands bone-dry and sweat-free during high-intensity outdoor work or winter sports.
  • Integrated Cuff And Drawstring: The 282-02 model features a built-in nylon sleeve with an adjustable drawstring toggle. This cuff seals tightly around your arm or jacket sleeve to keep out snow, ice, and debris, making it perfect for deep-snow activities and harsh winter wind.
  • Sub-Zero Thermal Protection: Rated for extreme environments, the insulated acrylic fleece liner provides superior warmth down to -58F (-50C). Our polyurethane coating remains ultra-flexible in freezing temperatures, preventing cracking in the harsh conditions.
  • Superior Textured Grip: The specialized rough-textured finish ensures a secure, non-slip grip on wet pipes, frozen tools, and oily surfaces. Get a glove that has tactile precision, dexterity, and heavy-duty protection.
  • Ergonomic Anti-Fatigue Fit: Anatomically shaped to mirror the natural curve of your hands, the TEMRES 282 drastically reduces hand strain during long shifts. The seamless knit liner eliminates irritation and pressure points, providing all-day comfort for construction, ice fishing, or landscaping.

Perfect for Ice Climbing. Hands don't get cold and the need to wear liners isn't there (if you wanted liners I would get another size up. If you're a medium, get L or XL if you want to wear liners.

    • Keeps your hands dry from both sweat and rain/snow.
Size: X-Large
The ability to seal the wrist area keeps this version both warmer and drier than those models without adjustable wrist cuff closures.

    • Some snafus, but then it was great!
Size: X-Large
Initially: Item was reported shipped but got lost in transit. I ordered a second pair to replace the first just in case, and got no info about tracking or the shipment of the product -- and then, unexpectedly, it arrived right on time. Kind of confusing and frustrating, but the gloves seem great and I'm glad it came finally! ... show more

    • Awesome Gloves!
Size: X-Large
It isn’t always easy to find warm, waterproof gloves that you can wear and still do things with your fingers. These “SHOWA 282-02” gloves are warm. And they’re waterproof. They don’t get stiff in freezing temps. And you can actually hold ice or very cold objects without them freezing your hands in a moment. I’ve used these in a freezer and tested them for waterproof - these gloves get good grades in those areas. The cuffs are pretty long and come with shock cords to tighten - nice! I can’t wait to try these out in the cold Wisconsin winter in a few months. I’ll even try them for winter hiking! I’m not sure they’d be super warm in sub zero temps, but it seems like they’d be good in 10-30 degree weather. For now, I’ll use them when working in the freezer. Note: these gloves will not be waterproof if they get a hole or tear in them. One more note: they run slightly small, so you may want to size up. I wear a L or XL size glove, and these fit me well in XL. ... show more

    • Just one glove received
Size: X-Large
I received only the left glove. Guess I have to keep my right arm in the pocket. Hah.

    • They may be ugly, but they are winners!
Size: X-Large
This pair of gloves are more industrial looking than I had figured, but that is not a deal-breaker since the outer finish is certainly waterproof. These will keep your hands toasty, dry, and protected form elements. whether you are working or playing this pair of gloves will be your best friend in protecting your hands and allow you to still have some dexterity the are very pliable, and warm, I like the fuzzy lining too. The fit is good, the gloves do all they say they will. They may be ugly, but they are winners in the winter gear department! 5 Dry stars! ... show more

SHOWA 282-02 Waterproof Breathable Insulated Winter/Ski/Ice Glove with Extended Cuff (1 Pair) (X-Large). These insulated, waterproof gloves fit really well and they remain breathable. I was a bit surprised at how well they fit, being they are XLarge. They are insulated and that makes for a more snug fit than it would without the insulation. Because they are waterproof/weatherproof you can wear them in the snow and rain, while doing yard work, skiing, other winter sports. But they are mostly work gloves. I recommend this item. ... show more
