I'm not sure exactly what to think . I slept with it on 1st night , shoulder felt great come morning until I took the brace off , shoulder hurt more than usual but figure it's from keeping shoulder in place ? I had torn labrum and rotator 13 yrs ago and shoulder is needing serious attention again . I like how it supports, I'm not sure if I'm wearing it too tight etc . The 1 thing I would change would be the strap that velcros onto your arm , it's a total pita to fasten that strap 1 handed , it needs a buckle or something to hold into place , returning because it does NOT fit a woman with a chest .
