I place the order size following the size chart and I was surprised to be medium based on my waist size. Pay extra to receive asap for I’m going to travel and I got so disappointed. First I’m small with this waist trainer so the size chart and way wrong. It doesn’t flatten my stomach size and it is pretty cheap built. But then again you pay what you get for. 😭😤

So I originally ordered a 9” xxsmall. It seemed way too small even though I did measure my waist and went by the size chart provided.. So I returned it. I ordered the xsmall in the 11 inch. It fits right with room to tighten as recommended. . I wanted the 9 inch for short torsos because it’s especially good if you want to wear and have it be completely hidden under clothes including leggings.. however for me at 5’7” the 11 inch is more affective for the hips as well as stomach. So I ordered the 9” xsmall because the 11” fit right and upon ordering the xsmall 9” it was too big uggg.. so I’m a little frustrated with the sizing. So I guess I’ll stay with the 11 inch until I’m small enough to fit the xxsmall 9”. For reference my waist is 28 hips and 37 with the corset on it takes my waist down to 26-27 and hips to 35-36. I feel the 9 inch is a little bit short by about 1 inch but again I do have a longer torso at 5’7”. These do stretch after a couple days of wear. In order to get in to the xxsmall for the first time. I had to clip it then lay down to zip. Now that it’s stretched just a bit I don’t have to lay down anymore.. Keep in mind that if it isn’t a struggle to get in at first it’s simply too big. It’s a waste to use this product if it does NOT fit tight. Now something that nobody EVER talks about with these is: if this product is too tight and you can not take deep breaths naturally. You could cause harm to your lungs. Medically speaking if you are not able to naturally take deep breaths your lungs will develop water which causes pneumonia to develop. So there is a fine line between this product being too tight and or too loose. Please Google “corsets and pneumonia” so you are well informed before purchasing. I will say my corset is tight and I have to make conscious efforts to breath deeply (mostly when sitting) because I’m aware it’s tight and I’m breathing shallow.. So please keep this in mind. It only takes a few hours of shallow breathing to start developing water on the lungs.. Hope this helps.

It’s a comfortable material, but I got the small, and at the tightest fit it was still a little loose, especially on the top. I was using for a compression garment after abdominal surgery and I felt like I needed more support.

The media could not be loaded. Fits perfect and at first if you’re a first time user it’s going to be a little uncomfy but you get used to it and I saw result right away mind you I had it on for 4 hours. 10/10 🔒
