I added these to new shoes I got. I always need insoles even with new shoes. These work well and provide enough support for hours of walking/standing without tired feet. They aren't bulky meaning they don't crush your feet super tight into the shoes. Sure they make them a little more snug, but all extra insoles do this in my opinion. I'm happy with these and they keep be on my feet much longer than if I didn't have them. ... show more

Extremely comfortable insoles. I wear a size 8 to 9. These seemed a touch large, but then I noticed that you could cut them to fit your shoe because there are lines underneath. I cut them to an 8.5 and am happy with this length. The heel of these has slightly more cushioning than the front. They stay inside when I take off my shoes. The heel was really nice and comfortable, but the toe end Was next to nothing. The ball of my foot started to hurt and so did my toes because there is no softness. It’s just kind of flat. I wouldn’t buy them again.

These memory foam insoles are very comfortable for my feet. The arch support isn't great since it's memory foam and it just basically squishes down under the weight of the foot. They probably should've made the memory foam even thicker in that spot so the arch would feel a little more supportive. The rest of the insoles are also memory foam so my feet feel cushioned everywhere on the bottom. I like it. What I didn't like about these insoles is the smell. They REALLY stank of that rubbery chemical smell and I had to air them out for a few days outside because I couldn't deal with it. Overall, these are great for cushioning the feet and making them feel comfortable, but if you really need strong arch support, these probably won't be good enough for you. ... show more

I accidentally ordered these in large instead of medium, but luckily my running (walking) shoes were in the overlap between sizes (women's 8.5 for athletic shoes, 7.5 for "regular" shoes). I think medium would have hit my arch a little bit better, but I have a very high arch anyway so these are fine. The trimming guide molded into the bottom made it really easy to get the right shape. They were easy to cut with scissors. The insoles feel springy like memory foam. They're a great replacement for the insoles I had that were wearing out. They probably wouldn't be the best choice for running, but for long walks on pavement I think they will be great. So far, so good! ... show more
