Any time a pair starts to smell less fresh, they go in a sealed bin (they come with a bag... i use a bin w/locking lid) with the deodorizers for a session... and they're back to a better state. Gave these a try, multiple actually. First, just putting these in a plastic bag an letting them run for 30min, there's barely any ozone smell made. That makes me seriously question these things. Tried exactly what they recommended with multipole 30 min cycles and did nothing to remove even the slightest amount of odor from my shoes. Save your money. Great idea, horrible execution.

My shoes were stinky and this product definitely helped. It required maybe 8 cycles to clear the built up smell, but after that, a once-a-day treatment was sufficient. Unfortunately after not quite a year, one of them broke so I only have a single functional one that I rotate between left and right. Probably I will buy again...
