I bought this after a bad breakout due to the change in formula of a (not Shiseido) product I had used for years. I’ve always had good experiences with Shiseido snd this did the trick. It stabilized my skin, cleared the breakouts & eliminated the redness. All good except it is super-messy and the red color will stain what it touches. It applies like a tacky glue - very difficult to apply & spread. You must apply a thick layer or you will not be able to pull the mask off. Avoid your hair & eyebrows - you will pull your hair out (literally) trying to remove it. As I said, it helped my skin but I can’t recommend it. There are simply too many drawbacks. ... show more

The product is not as easy to apply as it looks, I'm hoping the next time I'll be more practiced. While applying if you touch where you had already applied it will come off and you have to go back over that spot. The results were better than I expected though and after rinsing I followed up with Shiseido Hadasui Relaxation Water. I think both these products are well worth the money. ... show more

I did not purchase my mask here. As much as I love ahopping at amazon I would never buy any high end cosmetic item on this site. Places like ulta sephora macys amd even the brand site are always offering deals and gits with purchase and samples with purchse. Its just not worth buying it here. I love using masks! But Ive never seen any real difference in skin woth any mask ive uaed in the past. However I instantly noticed the difference in my skin quality from before I used the mask till after I peeled it off. It was a magical experience and I will never use any other mask till this one becomes unavailible. My skin was brighter and felt soft and smooth.
