The system is very easy to use, (it comes with instructions for use, videos to watch), the needles didn’t hurt on my skin at all and the serum absorbed into my skin quickly and easily without feeling sticky. The serum has no scent and so far my skin doesn’t look red or “irritated” by the needles. There is enough serum in one vial to do your face and neck.
